  1. So when I took this plug out, I started the car with it out to try and ground the plug to the plenum. When I did the plug wasn't sparking at all. Just seemed dead. There was also a bit of smoke came up and I could see what appears to be drops of antifreeze that I'm guessing got spurted out. Anyway, I've found another plug and put that it. But then when I started the car I saw the top rad pipe little rally pissing out so I'm not sure if those drop I'd saw were from that cylinder or just getting blown up. Anyway, I took the coil pack connector off and the revs dropped. I guess I can't really check further until I fix the rad pipe out which when I squeeze, i can hear air coming out. Any ideas of the bit of smoke that came up and potentially the antifreeze drops. I'm just wondering if its possible head gasket probs
  2. Spark plug pictures
  3. Sorry, if I am only going to do the one, would I only need to remove the plug and stuff from the cylinder and leave the others in?
  4. I'm just thinking of the time I don't really have. So should I do the whole bank? I'm gonna check the spark plug first anyway if a few minutes.
  5. I know it's probably not advised and all that, but, can you do a test on a single cylinder without taking all the coil packs and plugs out of the engine?
  6. Thanks mate. For some reason I'm wondering if the smoke is related to the cylinder
  7. Any idea on the smoking? I'm a little worried about that
  8. The TPS connectors are clean - - - Updated - - - Added the videos mate
  9. No but I will. 2 minutes
  10. Not checked the plug coloration on the injector, the coil packs are real clean though. I just went out and checked the injector with a screwdriver. It's definitely ticking really quickly as are the rest. I guess the next thing to check is the spark plug? Not sure if it matters but that side (passenger) exhaust seems to be smoking a fair bit. I made a video of the exhaust a couple of days ago
  11. You mean remove the CAS altogether and turn it in the air sort of thing
  12. So what kind of prices are they?
  13. How do I check mate?
  14. Hey ya'll, So been round pulling plugs to check if the revs drop etc and cylinder 4 doesn't seem to drop. What do I need to go round checking? I put the timing light pick up on that cylinder and its flashing. Spark plug?
  15. That's be a good idea but I guess it would depend on whether you are/were as cheap as the likes of a local store really mate.
  16. I disagree a bit Steve. Cos if a trader just gets poor feedback then I quite honestly would find someone else, regardless of them being a trader. But it helps our membership decide to use them or not. For example, I've never seen a bad thing said about some people. For example Jimmer. Likewise it would help you know whether to buy from certain members or not. I personally think its a great move.
  17. Now we need something with all the correct size jubilee clips to buy for what lol
  18. Mines showing now mate. Might have just taken a while to refresh
  19. Brilliant that mate. But I don't have the options at the top yet
  20. That sounds like the new MAF is pants. I had one that did this. Swap it straight back over and see if that sorts the 4.5k problem
  21. How much do you think I need to cut off? Half a cm?
