I don't think I understand the question that you want an answer to? In regards to whether you have another car. If you and your partner live together then you would be classed as partner/common law as you share a financial responsibility. If you live at different addresses then you wouldn't be classed as a partner - ratherbotfriend and girlfriend (most likely other on an insurance system. A lot of companies ask if you have or have use on another car. See what is more accurate (own another car/named driver on another car etc).

TPS, MAF, clean all the plugs in the engine bay. Timing. The sensors on the front water pipes sometimes get blown off slightly by the fan. Ptu. There's a few things lol. You got a diagnostics program?
