Speed Cameras / SPECS
Are you sure you mean the toll and not the M42? thats just next to the M6 toll and it has camera gantries just like the M25 J10-16.

is my engine broken?
Have you checked your ECU temp sensor? It might not be knackered enough to throw an error code, but if its values are off enough then it can stop your engine from starting (I know it did mine). Does you car smell like its overfuelling when you turn it over?

calibra turbo or rover 220 turbo tomcat
Tell him to get a pre-94 Celica GT4. If he's looking for something thats going to be cheap to maintain I don't know why he's looking at English cars.

Smoothing off of bumpers.
I smoothed the whole car myself using a cheap rotary sander. The sills only take a few minutes because the horrible finish is just painted on. However that finish is actually molded into the front and rear bumpers so after cutting through the paint you have to essentially resurface the whole lot, its a pig of a job that takes ages and getting into the nooks and crannys of the front bumper is the worst. IMHO, you'd save a ton of money by sanding them down yourself and then giving them to the bodywork people to put a finish on.

P2p Advice
I use bittorrent, but if you do you'll need an IP blocker like PeerGuardian or something. Companies like Time Warner and others log onto Bittorrents and record the IP's of all the people who are torrenting certain files (i.e. the copywrighted ones they own). They use these lists to find the major distributors of files, but if they had the resources they'd go after everyone.

AFAIK, the flexi socket they're talking about is what I call a 'wobble' its like a small ordinary socket with a knuckle joint built in. You can buy them in sets or individualy from a GOOD auto factors or tool shop.

300 ZX (Non runner)
The rules are there to protect the paid up members from being screwed over, they are also there to stop people using the site as a free-ads. All it costs is £20 for an entire year, thats less than the weekly amount Autotrader will charge you for advertising, also when you advertise on here you don't get rung up by chav timewasters 24/7.

black zx crashed
I work in Chertsey, I've seen a black one round there, also seen a nice looking white one a couple of times on the A320

my Datascan check from z32 king
If you're lucky that det sensor fault will be at the loom connector, the little wires there are prone to cracking and shorting.

how to improve my zed with 2000
You could get a second hand set of Tein suspension (not too secondhand though), HICAS eliminator kit, some poly bushes and tension rods. Also there's a guy selling some cream leather seats in items for sale. Also divorced downpipes and de-cat if you haven't already got them.

People have done RB26 swaps into zeds before, I'd imagine it would be similar except you'd be adding the 4wd gearbox from a skyline too. You'd need a bespoke driveshaft going to the rear and three more for the front of the car. Having said that you might need the rear diff from a skyline (add 2 more driveshafts) as well because I don't know how well a zed rear diff would work with a skyline one up front. There's a whole load more other stuff aswell but I think the site bandwidth would run out if I listed it. Although if all the front drive gubbins and an rb26 could be plumbed into the zed wheels I think some nutter would have already done it. I've got a feeling that it just wouldn't fit under the bonnet.

Never believe film critics.
I thought wotw was good aswell, tbh I'm getting tired of cruise but it was still a good film- It was nice to see aliens that are dangerous/scary for once, in the original you got the impression that if you moved house every couple of months the aliens would never bother you.

Fookin Ebay!! They have just rmoved my bumper.
Lol, unfortunately not, haven't been able to afford tyres. Long story- Jag blew up in manchester, had to pay to have it fixed, also got ripped of quite badly by A JAGUAR MAIN DEALER. Then had to use the zed to get to work whilst the Jag was off the road. On the way back home from my first drive to work my heater matrix hose completely severed, which meant all the water was dumped and the engine fried. Two cars ruined in about 4 days. I now have to swap my original zed engine back into the car (currently halfway through).

damm damm damm
Unfortunately even a lot of pre-order people aren't going to be getting theres. The only chance of getting one is going to a place that doesn't take pre-orders like Legrath suggested, and then trying to buy one of the handful that will go on sale at midnight tonight. There's an interesting story as to why Microsoft can't even fulfill the pre-orders they promised that everyone would get, but if I leaked it they would probably have me killed as well as fired.

Mr Pember
Does anyone remember that he was able to massacre so many of his people because we supplied him with chemical weapons and the means to make them? he even had a Western engineer design him a supergun that he was going to use to hold half the middle east to ransom with. We made Saddam powerful enough to rule his neighbours and as a consequence they're not too happy that we created the dictator that terrorised them for so long. Also with Al-Qeda, does anyone remember we supplied and trained them to be terrorists when Russia occupied their country? Bin Laden himself worked for the CIA (just like Saddam).

People chatting shit (28psi from a 1.4 engine)
A few years ago there was a Max Power feature on a car owned by a guy who ran a tuning company, it ran 45psi boost and developed around 320bhp if I remember correctly. Pretty much every single component was custom made, and when he first put it on a dyno the block cracked, he called it a 'grenade' engine because of the amount of times it would blow up. As if that wasn't bad enough he stuck a 200 shot of nitrous on top. I remember another Max feature one that developed about 314bhp, but that had no turbo and ran on a mixture of nitrometh, water and alcohol. Btw. I didn't actually buy Max Power, it er.. just happened to fall of a newsagent shelf a couple of times onto those exact pages, I read it by 'accident'.

Nuclear Power
mmm, fusion is probably the best alternative, up till now they've only been able to get the reactors running for a few seconds at most and even then they use more power than they generate. But they've just started construction of the ITR reactor in France which will be used to design a prototype that will actually be used to generate power. Fusion could also be used as a handy method of waste disposal although inital reactors are probably going to be quite 'dirty' and produce a lot of waste themselves (which I suppose they could subsequently vaporise).

Looks like we're in the same boat, well after another night of trying I can't be bothered with this one, I'm just gonna put in the spare and take this one apart- I'll post when I know whats wrong with it (assuming that its something worth posting).
