the more i look at your car the more i like it mate ..wasnt too struck on the two tone paint at first when you fist had it done but its grown on me a LOT

those 99spec rears are the mod to do ..very subtle but well worth it IMHO on my list of to do this year

spin doctor, my son had a tumor removed from his brain when he was 9 ( he's now 21) his spelling is much like yours due to the fact he was unable to learn any more after his op , he gets the piss ripped out of him on forums as well , take no notice mate , people are just ignorant of the facts of individuals personal problems ..we are not all like some on here who are very quick to jump on the smallest of spelling errors or typos , keyboard Ninja's with pseudo fascist tendencies most of them mate, get the pics posted and shut em up .....

BMW do a lovely Black , usualy on the X5 it flips from black to green to blue to purple but very very subtle .....carbon black its called , look at one close up , youll see what i mean

possibly your car has been fitted with Uk spec wheels ( a common mod ) although you could tell by looking at the side wall does it look like its oversized for the rim width compared to the front tyre, if so then just the uk tyre spec has been used , you can go back to J spec easily and cheaper

surprised it doesnt have led blue lighting and chrome valves Vinz....nice set up though couple of grands worth there i bet

with an NA engine the secret to good performance is "get it in get it out" if you have improved breathing and exhaust and the fuel ratio to match then the outcome will always be more power ...the way your going seems a good approach removing problems before they start ( water ways etc ) ....cooling is important so make sure the rad is up to the job and dont forget if your goingto make it go fast then make it stop first ..brakes are a biggy that many people leave till last and end up in a hedge .. kep the post going on how you get along will interesting to see a NA project again steve

as far as i can recall, one of the main points of air restriction and therfore performace is the throttle bodies with bigger throttle bodies and higher rate injectors a free flowing air filter and good exhaust ( with some back pressure in a NA ) a re masp to suit and the increases are quite dramatic steve
