thanks Gary i cant say too much as its all in the hands of insurances and legal people ..its a shit situation to be in but there has been loads of support off this forum and the orange one currently my car is with Jeff and i have been promissed it back end of April ..its been 3 years off my drive now ..two at the place that cant be mentioned and its taken jeff nearly 12 months to sort it all out .....so looking forward to getting it all back ....and eventualy posting up some pics....i have pics of how i found the car after the "burglary" and its heart breaking because there was nothing at all wrong with it it just went for a turbo upgrade and forged internals build....it was immaculate .......

mate in my opinion you need as much rubber on the road as you can with these cars ...plus it will make your insurance null and void if you come off the road or crash into someone as the tyres will be deemed as too small for the rims and an un declared mod.......besides that i think it looks awful and looks like some chav has put some cheapo remoulds on too small cos its all they can afford ....dont do it mate

those are very similar to the indiglo ones that were a group buy on here ...a fewyears ago ...might be changing mine out soon for something else so ill keep you informed if your interested Steve

by the other forum mods..due to an ongoing situation where a former trader still owes me 3000 pounds and while my car was in his keep my 18: alloys and brand new Toyo Proxes were stolen the sill damaged etc etc ..and he still refuses to speak to his insurers to allow us to claim against it for stolen parts ....i threatened to tie a zed block round his neck and chuck him in the lake so i was told to stay away

fantastic little bus ,,..but i still prefer the 1.6 GTI for balance and poise and driver entertainment .....seems more revy and instant that the 1.9 IMOH

hand bend it use your thumbs to guide the radius feed the bend through your thumbs as you bend it and it wont kink

drove a 3000gt ....aeropack is usual a fault area on these and fails due to seizing of the actuators and was just a sales gimmick ....speed wise the zed will beat it ....on the twisties and where it matters for overtaking the zed in my opinion is in a differnt class....it looks better and is not so "halfords" .....others may have a differnt opinion but for me its a zed hands down

could you not run a balance bar accross the plenum intake hard pipes and plug the MAP sensor into that ? then just put twin cone filters on the air intakes and remove the T piece...i think this is the way i will be going with mine, hopefuly fabricating some duct work from the front / after removing the front fog lights to feed the air filters ....or dropping the filters down to where the side mount intercollers sould be ....i will be running a huge Border FMIC

check the PTU its on the left hand side of the front of the cam cover , if its a dodgy series one unit..you will get that hesitation and missfiring above 3000rpm ...car will be in safety mode .....

not sure what you mean dan post a pic on teh offending part and maybe youl get a response with better help. i know that there LED concersions which are clear when off and super bright red when on ...they take up two of the 4 reverse lights and are plug and play....
