What I cant understand is why you only took a reading from number 6 when you had gone to the trouble of removing the balance bar, all six coil packs, and six plugs + fuel fuse to get a reading from number six??? As Paul said its only another 10 minutes to screw the compression tester in to the other five cylinders And did you have the throttle wide open. Over the past six hours since you posted up everyone has asked/suggested you do all six and post up all the readings accurately but still you havent????? Can you confirm you actually removed all six plugs to do the reading?? And was the gauge fully screwed in to the plug threads??

Sound advice indeed. Thats just what I am currently doing only it is not with Scott but someone else down Essex way. IMO starting with other peoples cast-offs is a no-no.
