advice about my new car
And real world "low oil pressure " will kill the engine. Vibration MAY be the centre bearing... it MAY be the front uj, the centre uj or the rear uj. Or all three/four. It MAY be the diff mount . Best to get it checked by an expert:rolleyes:

windscreen sizes
The roof line is not different at the front.....only as you move towards the rear of the shell. Hence the reason for different profile side windows and door glasses. So windscreen is common to both.

advice about my new car
If I were in your siuation I would take it now before you use it to be checked out. If you have already decided to use Jeff at Zedworld then tomorrow I would be ringing up to book it in. Its a waste of time anyone on here guessing/speculating about the problems or their severity without having the car in front of them to examine. But Im sure plenty of "experts" will be along soon to do just that..........

Rear screen price
Rear screen will be a Nissan only item I reckon, unlike fronts where non OEM stuff is available. So...... just ring your local friendly helpful Nissan main dealer and ask for a price! Add £100 ish for labour And probably add on the price of new trim surround too. Cos it will probably be fubared:nelson:

Sill returns and arch repair panels on ebay
Its what repair panels should be made of. Its a light rustproof coat that can be rubbed off on the edge to allow splatter free welding. Proper Zinc galvanized steel wont weld.

thanks to neil morris i saved hundreds
And what Brian is suggesting is that you do the decent and buy a bottle of Vodka and send it to Neil as a thank you for his skilled advice which has just saved you a huge wodge of dosh. Plumbers in Notts charge £45 callout + labour to fix stuff. Probably more down London way.

Windscreen removal
I have done several... successfully. I dont use the twisted thread wire I use a single strand "sharp" steel wire. On two wooden pull handles. Same principle just pull/saw CAREFULLY. Takes a while and is surprisingly hard work. Wire on roll available in the windscreen trade:rolleyes: If you have to apy out £30 to have it removed its not really worth doing as most people on here dont want to pay much when buying one. I have that draper tool but its not the correct shape/depth for a 300ZX in my experience

Japshow Finale @ Santa pod
I drove south from Nottingham as far as Leicester at lunch time. got a call from EdK to say it was wet at Pod too. Soooooo. I turned round. Wet in Notts till after 2pm then it dried up and the sun came out.

fitting front bumper
I realize that but the advice I have given still stands IMO you need to get the fit right before you paint.
-
fitting front bumper
Depends how bad/good the fit is. Coarse file or flexible sanding disc in a 115mm grinder. Maybe only needs hand fettling with some 40 grit production paper.

Question about Rust...suprisingly non-car related!
All artist are weird!!!!:x: First thought is to try 2K clear lacquer.
-
fitting front bumper
Trial fit first. It may need "re-shaping" a bit:x:
