  1. Thank god we are now on a new page. I actually cant stand looking at cars like that, was shaking my head the whole way through. :nono:
  2. why on earth did you take pictures of those cars?!
  3. Send me an email and I'll send you my address if you want to send a postal order (whatever that is :tt2:) :thumbup1:
  4. Nice to see you got a great price on insurance, these cars are classed as classics now with the right insurers and some people on here pay just over £100 a year for a twin turbo! :thumbup1: If you can send the payment as a gift through paypal, to bkv8 (at) hotmail.co.uk and then send me a quick email to the same address with your name & address, I'll get it boxed up now and sent out tomorrow
  5. Welcome along Peter! Nice looking Z, looks good with the wheels and spoiler. I have a good condition alternator that I removed from my NA last year, yours for £35 delivered. I think a rebuild would be £40+.
  6. I've heard it done before. Do a google search for 300zx SR20DET I'm sure something will come up.

  16. Thats shocking Jeff, Everyone is emissions-crazy nowadays but the more complicated these cars get the worse it becomes when trying to repair them.
  17. Wow that is fantastic guys, thanks for the assistance! there are no symptoms when driving and it appears to run correctly, so may have to get cleaning things out to try and sort it out as I dont want it to go into limp-home mode. Is DPF the depollution filter? I am enjoying the 65mpg and £95 a year road tax, makes me wish I went to the dirty diesel side sooner :whistling:
  18. Its not a Z unfortunately, but it would be nice if the 300zx had top mounted turbos! We've just bought a Peugeot 307 HDI, there are some sooty deposits around the turbo but I'm not sure where it has come from, a message flashes up saying the depollution system is faulty and I'm not sure if this could be the cause? Any ideas what it might be...? Any help would be appreciated, cheers mikey bean lol. :sweatdrop:
  19. I'll PM you my address :thumbup1: Stella please. :cool2:
  20. They look great Gaz, really like them!! :thumbup1:
  21. help me out by paying for tax & mot then lol. I'd love to take it, might be able to get it done but still sounds a bit tappy probably from the engine being stood for a while.
  22. Baz & Emma, most likely not in the Z as its got no T&T at the mo and all the spare money has gone on a new car.
