that fog light think is weird aswel as the corner lights are blanked. why has it got a non turbo front bumper ? and smics? :S i smell torro theres a turbo lump in there tho far too many intercooler hoses fron an na

cheers for taht im have to inspect and see where ive got damp its difficult to see just by looking with ebverything in place. i take it removing the lines is simply a case of undo each end undo retaining clip s then slide out?. replace refill bleed out air..

i have this also always assumed it was the 3 brake light missing now ive fitted aone and well ity has made no difference.

is that the sort inch diameter one i spotted? im gonna get in underneath tomorrow looks to me like a job best inspected from below. dont think the pot itself is leaking. theres not excessive fluid round it. i take it the one your reffering to vods in the one i can see running down the side of the rad towards teh steering rack? there are rust joins on that with dampness on them. im guessing best just to pull it out and have anew one knocked upa nd fit it.

getting a bit annoying now gets through about quater of a litre a month now and causes smoke. when it stick on teh exhaust under the car. anyone got a map of the lines from the pot? the puddle collects under the pot area. think i can see it leaking from one of the joints. anyways any tips guys other than get stck in? i guess im being lazy....need to get it done...

lol leave it with me some louvered vents will be making an appearance. at some point in the next 10 years takes me ages to do anything these days working is so inconvient hahahahah

yup esp if its a poor weld that has become porus and has become containated. its all to do with the shroud of the welding torch and the gass setting. the quality of the rod loads of things. i saw a very expensive piece of stainless the other day with shit welds that are rusting a few months after placement. :( poor quality job in general tbf(not the exhaust the handrail i was looking at)

i was thinking about outsmarting him with a strange flap system that allows air to pass but prevents dirt entering because of the direction of travelof the wheel :D

it is its 304 grade i believe you would need 316 to truly fend off the rust bug. and even then over time some oxidation would occur. if it contains iron it will rust eventually

sounds like it. you can also do the screwdriver check run the engine and listen down the shaft you should hear it clicking. uniformly with the others.

ive done a bit before used to work for a stainless fabrication workshop welding polishing etc. just not very good at it lol

i was looking at my car today front on and thought hey where do those intercooler ducts actually go....so i had a sneeky peek in teh arch. no venting there. i did notice a cheeky piece of plastic taht direrts dirty road air towards my brakes for cooling swish ey. but where is all this air shes sucking in those two side holes going? does it reroute into the engine bay does it hit a brick wall? if i assume correctly that it just goes into the wing and does nothing it seems silly. should be be opening up a pathway for the air to go and thus increase teh cooling capacity of these smic and therefore lower intake temps and produce more bhp? im sure mr nissan is blantly smarter than me and has redirected them to a secret location unknown to me.
