  1. As some of you may know I've been training for the last few months for my first Half Marathon, it's been touch and go whether I would be able to participate, colds, work, injuries and life in general have all taken their toll but I'm geared up and ready to go, on Sunday. Only problem is I've been slack with the fund raising. I'm running for the Local Hospital Charity, for Poole (Dorset) Hospital. It would be really appreciated if you guys would donate even a quid to this good cause and make it all worth while. Donations are easy by following the link below, you can even donate by PayPal. https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/stephen-crowhurst Thanks again for your support.
  2. Haha! You need shorter ratios?
  3. I had wondered where you'd got to with your essay pieces. Looked like fun out there on track, she looked like a bit of a handful as well.
  4. I'd say your cars pretty stock looking tbh, it's just low with aftermarket wheels....
  5. Just so you know, some of those people are being smart. You may regularly see me wearing "sunglasses" in winter and lower light, usually if it's wet. The glasses I'm wearing are Polarised are remove glare, the tint is extremely light. In conditions of sun and rain at the same time it can improve your field of vision quite a way, the best is wet roads with low winter sun, game changer.
  6. Very similar colour to our Skoda;
  7. They weight a damn site more fully dressed il tell you that. I've got around 200-250kg dressed in my head. I know I can't lift one but I can shuffle one about
  8. Agreed if it fails on the RR it wasn't right to begin with, it's just a power run. If things aren't in good enough condition to give it death every now and again then it needs maintenance. I'd be up for it but not till spring.
  9. Ok I'll have a look later, the sync part was taking ages (out and about in the Avon valley ATM) so I gave up.
  10. Having a few issues with adding this. Do I literally need to sign into Chrome then sync my account? That seemed to be what it was saying?
  11. Maybe, just maybe there's a case of efficiency vs intensity to be made...
  12. I like the arches, the splitter looks gash though. Always amuses me how people get het up about what the owner of a car does to "my old car", if you were that bothered you shouldn't of sold it. At least it's not been scrapped.
  13. Mr Tumble. Kanye West. Gordon Brown. Diane Abbott. Haemorrhoids. No particular order.
  14. If you wanted top dollar this was always the case.
  15. Saw this on Japolink this morning. It's a very specific car in near perfect condition. Although if the top moves it should push the middle. I wonder how long we will wait to see the first $100k+ Z32.
  16. I didn't know kids still did this. Lads at my school used to pinch all four off your car, keep two for there bike then sell the other two to another slightly more honest (less brazen) kid for couple of quid. Gave them some money for sweets, fags etc. I didn't think enough of these little snowflakes went outside to still pull this trick.
  17. Pretty much yeah. If it starts going north it's all a bit late.
  18. Just so you are aware the dash water temperature gauge is a stepper motor. It effectively has three modes, cold, correct and overheating. So just because you see no rise from centre is not an indication of the temperature being correct, rather that it's not hot the threashold to display that it's overheating.
  19. In fairness your unit appears to have about 400k watts of flouresant tubes in it, the natural sunlight that far south is about 400xs brighter which helps.
  20. That bad ey? I spose the phrase "doing it Irish" had to come from somewhere...
  21. Similar to the Irish way it seems.
  22. Don't think you will get a 265 on them.
  23. Remove the battery and inspect the lower (exhaust) cam cover, the seal is made of sealant rather than a proper gasket and as such is prone to leak over time.
