  1. what did you do about the inner sill?
  2. looks like it or 2fast2cool pretty sure they are the same manufacturer
  3. right took it out to get some fuel today first drive in over a week. alot smoother on take off but not perfect need to check the actuation of the neutral switch and the timing. idle is far far better. smoke is still present however it now smokes far less. i only get smoke on boost intermittently, and on intial pull away after prolonged idle. im gonna take it for a proper drive this evening after dinner get it warm and burn the accumilated crap out the system see if that futher improves the issue. :D fingers crossed but im still fairly convinced that the turbo rear oil seals are on the way out.
  4. what exactly are we looking at theres an aftermarket impul ecu there and some red stereo cable. and the autobox ecu by the looks of it.
  5. oh yeah looks like your car was previously red, jokes nasty find. but at least your fixing it. bit of patience its not a massive job really is it. im dreading the day i have to do mine they seem fine atm but who knows whats going on behind the outer sill. my capri did the same by the time id finished cutting out the rot there wasnt much left of the sill.
  6. think r33 gtst ones do i thinks its more to do with the model ie 4wd or 2wd that makes the difference. im sure someone will know the answer.
  7. that is bloody annoying and then the polish goes all smeary i have the same issue with the rear window get little puddles on the corner. :/ i hate it when ive just done my manual conversion and the car starts smoking from an unknown source out the exhaust and puts you off driving it. i also hate it when the red light light comes on saying feed me more petrol.
  8. top right of the post window little green box :P
  9. on the face of the pictures it looks alright... however the honesty point show off some potential serious issues.
  10. looks like you gave it a bit of a whack. as said least your alright. you gonna get another?
  11. i fail to see the point you already have a bulb that does that in there. i relocated my sidelights into the indicator housings.

  13. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?147915-Spinning-key-barrel-tech-fix&highlight=door+lock+broken
  14. this is very common, the key will eventually spin round and round and round. getting hold of the part for the drivers side can be a dick. but you can modify a passenger side version to make use of it and replace it. im sure jeff did a little thread on this.
  15. that is very very reasonable.
  16. can i ask what you parted with cash wise for that job?
  17. they should be pushing out the stock boost value, the stock gauge is pretty inaccurate. and you shouldnt have any smoke. if theyre not smoking and your getting the full boost pressure then they are probally alright.
  18. 20k! **** me there used to be a shit boxone round the corner rotting I assumed like most mgs it was fairly worthless.
  19. Seems mighty cheap for a drycell.
  20. Theres been alot od discussion about this in the us forum. so thays agreay place to start
  21. My fronts click or crunch when fully depressed. I think its the discs being old and the shims needing greasing, with copper slip.
