fwiw, I couldn't manage to get the roof fan thing to stop rattling so ripped the whole unit out, it made no notable difference to the operation of the system.

There is a long thread about this in the projects forum over on sxoc, impressive amount of work gone into it! RB conversions are commonplace in them, I gather it's a fairly straightforward procedure.

you could, but you should really have wider ones on the rear, widely accepted optimal setup is 235 up front and 265 on the rear.

Cheers ;) For the record, I have no problem with people speeding (unless its in a built up area/school zone!), just those who whinge about it when they get caught. In this case though, S-tune has not moaned about it, tried to claim the system is *****cks, suggested that the police are ****s, the limit was too low, or anything.

rubbish, if you were obiding the law there wouldn't be a problem, imo by breaking the speed limit you are accepting the consequences of it there and then.

cheapest way is the resistor mod, costs pence and you end up with what is essentially a UK speedo. I wouldn't recommend a convertor box to anyone, it will screw up your zed end of story. The 120mph clock faces do the trick, but look naff and the colour/illumination doesn't match the other dials properly.
