how much brake fluid for flush and replacing
Tried to check the on line manual, but it dosent list the brake system fluid capacity. I personally dont think you would need much more than a litre of each, there are a lot of pipes on the Z but they dont hold that much fluid. All depends how thorough you want to flush the system.

Cheers for the offer, they fitted a set at the end of the test and just passed it, naughty chaps didnt even give it a fail slip. Think I'll forgive them though

Disaster - MOT fail might not make the Glencoe run
lol my own fault its been in the garage for 7 months and been getting covered in dust and grime whilst I worked on it! I should really have washed it before I took it for test. Anyway they fitted the wipers at test so its back on the road for another year. You really didnt think that after all the work ive done on it over the past couple of years that id break it did you?

Chatelherault Classic Automobile Rally 2009
PM sent shrek.. Having been there before I suggest the classic section. thats where we were before. Some nice cars in the modded section, but lots of big sound systems as well. You could hardly hear yourself think in that area, I'm too old for that! There is more room in the classic area as well. They will be looking for numbers to arrange stands so can everyone interested let us know asap

Chatelherault Classic Automobile Rally 2009
Mike Ive been trying to get information on this show for three months now, gave up the end of april as I thought they must be giving it a miss this year. Yep can you pass on the contact info so that I can make the arrangements. As for attendance they would accept us even if there is only one car!, hopefully we can muster a few more than that :)

Read the fookin post!, think for a second or two then you will understand Ive listed the nice refined eating establishments that I quite fancy stopping of at for some light refreshments and a little banter with like minded fellow car enthusiasts. Some people may not fancy that so a back up of quick and convienient eateries was added. Then there is the problem with those of you with chaved cars kitted out with exhausts that wouldnt look out of place on the space shuttle. Most likely even Ronald MacDonald will chase you from his car park for being of the undesirable sort. Therefore I was thinking especially of you when I added the picnic. ;) Hows things bud, have you got the problems with the car sorted yet. And is Oz still on?

Newbie
Where about in North Lanarkshire are you bud, will see if something can be arranged

Some ideas for a food stop during the run. Have a look and see what you think. http://www.hollytreehotel.co.uk/captains.html http://www.tailraceinn.co.uk/Menu.htm http://www.limetreefortwilliam.co.uk/dining.htm http://www.ice-factor.co.uk/facilities/bothan.html http://www.moorings-fortwilliam.co.uk/index.asp?TopicID=3 http://www.clachaig.com/p/v/the-food/ Believe it or not Ive weeded out the really expensive ones :D, and the ones with opening hours that dont suit. Failing that there is a MacDonalds, Subway, and chippies in Fort William Or if you really wanna be cheapskates we could all take a picnic and sit at the roadside with tartan rugs spread out!
