genuine 99 spec for sale
I know that Recaro..etc was option after 1995...but if it is factory then it will be EXTREMELY hard to come buy, and very very expensive. Better off getting Retrim from Professional Automotive upholsterer.

what's your experience JW-chip vs SuperChip?
The "claimed" power increase comes from raising the boost level with either boost jets or a boost controller. The chip does not do this itself, I expect they provide you with a pair of boost jets with the Chip.

what's your experience JW-chip vs SuperChip?
Superchips have a very bad name for themselves for all cars, especially with turbocharged vehicles. Stay clear ! JWT is a reliable safe option, but there are more potent Chips available.

front indicators..???
Si, the Mirror indicators are only legal as replacements for the wing indicators. The Viper bumper on that Yellow Zed, actually has aftermarket indicators hidden inside the two outer openings that you cant see. The alternative is modified Headlights, containing indicators....I think Luke @ Zcentre was developing these at some time..might be worth checking.

SW Meets date suggestions...?
Right guys & gals.... I'd like to setup a yearly SW meets calender, thats shows the dates of all future meets. This should allow those that work and have other plans, to make arrangements in advance if they want to attend. Something like "Last Sunday of every month"..or something like that. Dates would'nt nessarily be 100% fixed, and may occasionally be altered. what do you all think...any suggestions ? What sort of dates or days of the week are good or no good for you ? Sundays and Saturdays only really. I also want to plan the meet details 2 months in advance. So you'll always have the dates of all future meets, and where and what the next 2 months meets will be. May also for some months, arrange more than 1 meet. To cover the large SW area.

good car but got to go
If you had'nt already ordered glass, then you could of got rear screen of one of the breakers in traders section for fraction of that price, or from one of the guys breaking zed's in the for sale section right now. I also know that Southwestz (in traders section) have at least 2 complete tailgates with glass hanging around and an Auto TT gearbox.

19 mpg in an na around town
My latest mpg calculation was 19mpg - Town driving, with some heavy right foot dual carriageway motoring and a fair amount sitting in traffic. (250 miles - 1 Tankfull (registered 60 litres when I filled up) ...but I think Im overfulling at the moment (smell from exhaust, and cat heat light keeps flickering ) TT manual. Not sure if thats of any reference really :-S

how to improve my zed with 2000
You did'nt say which area you are looking to improve, or if you want to improve everything Styling, Handling, Braking, Performance ? Once you have filter, exhaust, chip, boost....I would start looking at Handling & Braking improvement before continuing the performance route. Styling can come in anywhere ofcourse

Turbo-Water pump advise
Well its not a difficult job to change the waterpump yourself. New waterpump is about £90, and as Greg says its a case of removing rad, waterpipes, cam covers and main pulley to to get to it. As for the turbo..are you sure one has failed..what are the symptons ?
