of top of my head... Front bumper Rear spoiler (same as mine) Cream dials Chassis/body strengthening. The Spec R (I think) got different side skirts, red stitching on steering wheel and gearshift.

It has rubber feet that rest in grooved mounts in the bottom, and is held in with the top mounts screwed into top crossmember. It should'nt be able to slip out of its mounts at the bottom if its bolted in correctly at the top, unless its rubber feet are missing.
