  1. The Software developer does'nt list any min requirements, other than WIN98,ME,2K,XP, although its not a resource heavy application and I would expect min requirements to be very low.
  2. Quantity of 10+ in any mixture and with or without Datascan. 1. RS232 - £42 Delivered 2. USB - £44 Delivered Nissan Datascan v1.5 software is an extra £15
  3. I dont have any in stock right now, but you can purchase directly from http://www.blazt.biz or through the UK supplier, via ebay : http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BlaZt-ECU-Cable-4-Nissan-300ZX-Sunny-GTI-R-Skyline_W0QQitemZ8056150810QQcategoryZ72205QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  4. Gregs example says it all. Yes, modifying does increase value(would never have got £6.5k with it bog standard), but not nearly as much as it costs to modify it.
  5. why would you want it to go below 10 ? If it does'nt feel cold enough then your Aircon probably needs regassing.
  6. MMMmmmm....Quality parts !
  7. It all depends on what has been done, and using what parts. Certain mods do affect value, but You certainly wont get your money spent back. But thats not why we do it :)
  8. Correct. VVt was dropped for emissions regulations, but differnet cams were fitted to make up for the power loss.
  9. Both o2 sensors should show a lot of movement at 2k+ rpm. Making sweeps backwards and forwards across the range. If not then they not working correctly, and will be screwing up your mixture settings.
  10. Welcome Sev, No reason to stick with same Ins company, shop around for insurance. Search this forum for insurance companies, you'll find loads of suggestions. In regards to budget, you get what you pay for at the end of the day. I would set a Min budget of £3.5k for a clean standard example in average condition. Typically, The less you pay the more it will cost you in the long run. Check out the buying guide here http://www.300zx.co.uk/tech/BuyingZ.htm Good points...hmm, can I say everything ? :D Performance, Looks, Road prescence, Z-car Heritage. The original Jap "supercar". Some performance stats : Basic mods (Exhaust, filter, chip, 1 bar boost) will see power raise to 350-380bhp, 0-60 under 5secs and 0-100 around 12 secs Check out the Regional Meets forum section and pop along to your nearest next Meet. Good luck with the purchase.
  11. Its often down to Personal preferences. Centrafuse, by Flux media is quickly becoming the top favourite, and Im soon to become an Authorised reseller once the fully commercial version is ready. Also check out Roadrunner and Media Engine, which like Frodoplayer are Open Source.
  12. Turn on O2 Sensor Right Hand too. Check both o2 sensors movement at 2k+ Your Voltage is on the low side. Recent flat battery ? or charging(alternator) problem Temp on the high side, had you just been for a hard thrash? TPS a little low. Timing ok. RPM a bit high with AC off.
  13. There is a stosek(copy) kitted zed advertised for £12.5k in back of Japanese performance this month tbh...fairplay to them. A few more adverts like that can only benefit zed value and image.
  14. AA told me the same when I had a puncture. Not sure how that works in regards to new cars like the Bmw M5 that dont have a space saver, just tyre weld foam.
  15. Have a word with ZX_Mad (Incarconcepts in traders section) about supplying 8" subs. You will be after a set that are desigend a sealed setup in small spaces. You probably wont be able to get much more than 0.6 - 0.8 cf for an enclosure in the boot corners.
  16. I bet thats a huge weight saving! Tempted myself, for that reason and for better support in corners.

Hi bud, got your PM, Yeh, I reckon we could set something up, towards south central. Any ideas on locations ? As some work on Saturdays, shall me make it sunday 23rd ?
  18. Great news, Congratulations !
  19. umm.errr...I had it on "random"...honest :x: I was suprised too, had to remove my false floor and Amp, but with the boot wooden floor removed, its deep enough, and ofcourse plenty of width and length. No headunit needed. Sound from Dolby 5.1 Soundcard, to an Amp, to speakers. You can still retain a headunit if you wanted, providing it has Aux inputs.
  20. Thanks, Tried it, with exposure at its lowest (-2.0) but still shows screen too bright :(
  21. what are your guys idea of praticle ? a Large 2+2 with big boost versus a tiny 2seater
