  1. Nooo....weigh in the Jap alloys, they are nearly worthless to zed owners...but people will pay £100+ for UK alloys on here
  2. Tried and Tested :
  3. Have a plate welded. Once the wiper motor is removed there is a lot of flex between the twin tailgate kins, this amount of flex...together with the size of the hole puts a lot of strain on fibreglass filling.
  4. oh yeh and ..ahem..... I got in at 5:30 am this morning after going to leeds helping YOU collect a car.....so you owe me
  5. :hyper: :nana2: :hyper: :nana2:
  6. Yep, stock springs will be fine with the KYB's. Bit of hassle to fit and then change again next month, but if you need the car then will be fine.
  7. Happy Birthday Russ Although doubt he will see this as his last post here was May 2006
  8. Yep, unfortunatly as Marcus posted above he has to keep the auto as hes in a wheelchair.
  9. That looks very high quality
  10. I was with Paul@SWZ in one his is daily runners (It will ruin my reputation, if I say what car it was LOL). You were already gone when we left pub. Also spotted you parked along burnham sea front a few days ago, while I was at the Chinese take away. Moving to Highbridge at the end of week so you will probably start spotting you more and more.
  11. without measuring, I was led to believe they are 6" wider in total....so 3" each side...which does'nt seem like a lot....
  12. Parked next to you this evening in Somerfield car Park, burnham sea front. You may also have been in the next door Wetherspoons pub same time as me but since I dont know what you look like I did'nt spot you LOL
  13. A TT will easily do over 30mpg, on a motorway run. Off-boost. 70/80mph with cruise control set on - 32/32mpg. Not so easy in NA, but 30mpg is possible
  14. Happy Birthday Dave

  16. I cant find when its next on, anyone know ? Be good if somebody can digitally record and host, its prob one of the only Z32 clips not on the net yet
  17. Anyone brave enough to write an write an "what Oil" FAQ ? :)
  18. Tank is 72 litres. Although cant say I've evern managed to get more than £60 in. I used to average 18-22 around town, and about 30mpg on a long motorway run.
  19. compression and rebound
  20. Admit it...you only purchased it so you could make use for your drill again LOL
  21. I paid just over £1k for my non-LCD 32" about 5 years ago, right before LCD's kicked off and devalued it to nothing overnight. I probably could'nt give it away now !
  22. It will be good to see you both again, its been a while ! Hopefully I should be back behind a Zed steering wheel very soon too :D
  23. Hey kev, Any boost controller will work. The Boost controllers with Dual solenoids is to do with better response (or some other advertising jargon) rather than for dual turbos, you still T-piece them together. Greddy Profec B Spec II is probably one of the more popular choices.
  24. I cant recomend anyone, but you wont get much change out of £1200 for a rebuild. :( Spare Autoboxes can be picked up for a few hundred though.
  25. ahh..you edited it lol
