  1. opps...Correct ! I meant differs for SWB and LWB....have fixed post now.
  2. 2nd for SPL's. Better spec, quality and price than the Teins.
  3. Door is specific to LWB only. UK or Jap will be fine. Indicator is different for UK and Jap. Exhaust system differs between LWB and SWB Wings are same for all.
  4. make sure you research the D2's properly before puchasing. The spring rates are usually a lot harsher than other coilovers and I know that 'SRB Power' stopped selling them because of a lot of issues with them leaking, presumably other traders also which is why you mainly find them on ebay.
  5. I'd personally try and get hold of an Electrical gauge that keeps the sender in the engine bay, and takes an electrical feed to the gauge. An aftermarket FPR replaces the stock regulator, the Nismo one fits in the stock position , others require you to remotely connect them up. I personally would'nt recomend a non-brand FPR found on ebay. Reliable and accurate Fuel pressure is critical. You also have to consider your need to adjust the fuel pressure. Any significant alterations to the stock fuel pressure would require remapping each time.
  6. yep....a boost/vacumn leak is relatively simple problem to fix...although much easier to diagnose with a boost leak detector.
  7. Black smoke from exhaust I presume ? As Andy says, sounds like a Bad Boost leak. Also sounds like either a Rocker cover gasket leak and/or a leak at the Turbo oil feed pipes
  8. Happy Birthday Chris :duffer: :duffer:
  9. Yours is(was) probably the only Z32 that looked good with the tinted rears imo , but the new 99's look even better
  10. Happy Birthday Gezz :duffer:
  11. joined....and all the other zed ones too LOL
  12. Extremely rare, would be impossible to put a value on it. A very nice design though, I'd expect somebody to offer up in the region of 100 notes or so for the unit.
  13. Last time I enquried he would'nt post to the UK :(
  14. Yep. Its worth upgrading the Jap Engine oil cooler to a 19row cooler. (same size as UK/Nismo)
  15. PMSL....I was just typing that, then thought better off it.....trust you!
  16. There are inlet and outlet pipe holes on the side that are'nt used on the Jap version.
  17. amplifier = ecu. One of the sensors may be unplugged still that connects into the ducting in drivers footwell. Did you remove entire dash to do the matrix, or just did it from drivers footwell ?
  18. cant decide if I hate that or love it ! lol
  19. I've been using CuteFTP for the past 12 years. Tried many others buts always end up going back to it.
  20. did you plug all the ecu plugs in properly ?
  21. You can see the aircon ECU from the drivers footwell. It is mounted vertically next to the Clutch pedal (or next to where the clutch pedal would be if you have an auto). Its black and plastic and about 5" x 3". Held onto a metal bracket with 2 small screws. It had about 4 or 5 connectors plugged into the side of it on one large block.
