you mean too small? I can get away with a smaller wheel than most, in terms of dials visibility as my seat sits lower than the stock seats, but 320mm is just too small, and restricts too much. I do prefer the feel of a smaller wheel though, steering is much quicker and more responsive and you get a lot more feeling through the wheel. A wheel with a thicker rim feels nicer too, which most are compared to stock. In terms of performance driving a smaller wheel is a big advantage. When I drive a Z with a stock steering wheel now It feels like Im driving a great big Bus, the wheel feels ridiculously oversized :rofl:

Mine is 320mm, But Im looking to replace it with a little larger.., 340 maybe, would'tn want to go larger than 350mm.

Yeh, with door fillers it would match all the way along the skirt, does look odd like that.....looks aftermarket

tbh, not really a big fan of the 99spec skirts. Looks like they are missing door fillers, would look better with them.

100% agree. People will find conspiracy in anything, its ridiculous. Regulation changes this year means these cars rely so heavily on their aero setups, that they are so finely tuned for a certain setup its very difficult getting them right for completely difference scenarios - different tracks, different temperatures and even different strategies. The engineers are in a constant state of development, but are not allowed any testing. Which means you get a continuous jockey between which car has advantages over others inbetween races as teams trial new changes.

Not seen the surrounds, but Jap and Uk clocks are physically identical in terms of fitment for surrounds

The AIV system is for Idle emissions and keeping the cats at correct operating temperature. They are no needed, and redundant with cats removed. No real benefit to removing, other than getting rid of unneeded parts, and they can fill up with condensation over time producing a gurgling noise. I would not reccomend buying a Chip from Ebay. Speak to one of the following people/companies instead - John Dixon, AndyP, DTA Motorsport. A remapped chip from one of these reputable sellers is around 70-100 pounds. Boost jets are bascially Mig Welding tips. I would reccomend 1.0mm and you can get them from most Hardware stores or Welding specialists.

Its just a case of swapping the cats for decat pipes. or you can gut the inside of the cats, but thats not as efficient for performance. The pipes you mention do not need to be blocked off. They are off part of the AIV system and can be left to vent to atmosphere, or you can remove the AIV system entirely.

Im kinda liking that....I think the wheels and lowered ride height help. Interior is a bit plain and not liking the Interior colours. I reckon thats got a VG30de in it

As far as Im aware, nobody makes a 99spec Skirts replica/copy and they are approx 900pounds for the genuine items. best person to speak to about them is MJP. yes rear bumper is the same
