  1. Im sure most have seen the parts on eBay already , been around for many years and I often see them fitted to Z's.
  2. The silverbulbs that Car.mad mentioned light up Orange, but appear silver when off so dont give off the fried egg look through the lense. Although there are multi-directional LED clusters available these days, and they are plenty bright enough, a lot of mainstream manufactures have been moving to LED technology lately.
  3. Sh*t, really sorry to see. :( Reminds me of the Z1motorsport fire pics.
  4. Congrats to you both
  5. Yep, its a lot more agile, a sports car rather than a Grand tourer you could say. But that does'nt mean the LWB isn't a drivers car or that you cant tourer europe in a SWB ofcourse. Im a fan of all Z's.... ( well except Auto's :whistling: ), and the lwb Z's were great as a daily driver with kids/a family, and weekend trips with them all down to cornwall. The lwb is suprisingly praticle if thats what you want from a Z. The SWB boot is actually quite a lot deeper than the LWB version, so can carry some stuff that the LWB could not, but ofcourse does not have the rear seat area. But my Z is purely a toy these days, its all about the driving experience for me, and for this purpose the SWB is best, and the slicktop even better.
  6. Yeh, Imports are available in all possible permatations. TT/NA , LWB/SWB, Slicktop/Convertible ..etc The only exception being that the convertables were only ever available as NA, but thats the same for all markets.
  7. and U.S spec (the biggest market for the Z) TT's were only available as SWB ;)
  8. if your not downloading movies, then I reckon 2gb will be plenty. But if you do ever download any software or movies...you will instantly go over your limit. most dvdrip movies are around 1gb, but I have downloaded software that has a filesize of 15gb each
  9. Owned several Lwb's, and loved them at the time. But owning a Slicktop SWB now I could never go back to the LWB. I can feel the flex and wobble in them just going down the road in comparison to the Slicky. Thats not to mention the noteable handling benefits. Looks is subjective. Some Lwb owners say they prefer the stretched look, but I bet most of their fav Z pics are of Shorties, perhaps without them even realising. There is no difference in drivers legroom between swb and lwb. Perhaps your seat rail had something jamming it.
  10. Twin for looks, single for Sound.... but single looks shite, and twin does'nt sound shite....so Twin wins.
  11. 1st kit if the hidden Intercooler pipes. (not idea if they will actually fit, the angles are not as per stock, but its hard to compare) 2nd kit is the Hard pipes you see in the engine bay that run to the Throttle bodies, and the next to them.
  12. You mean which parts are specifically different? - that would be one hell of a list...basically (but not entirely or exclusively) parts from the A-pillars back. or do you mean specification wise ? - LWB is a 2+2 (4 seater), longer wheelbase vehicle. SWB is a 2+0 (2 seater) shorter wheelbase vehicle.

  14. Conzult is the software, but if your referring to the interface cables/hardware commonly found on eBay that is incorrectly listed as consult then you will need to use either datascan or one of the free software versions as they will not work with genuine consult software.
  15. I expect so.
  16. I reckon you should head about 1 mile from its current location
  17. Mostly I like to do the sex. Lots and lots of the sex.
  18. As above - either rubber boots not fitted correctly or you have a split that gets opened as its stretched in teh 2nd and 4th position. Its suprising how much noise they insulate normally.
  19. I did'nt see any skillz, just a complete tosser on a Bike. Any one of those other cars, especially the ones coming in opposite direction could of panicked and swerved into somebody else as he comes hurtling towards them.
  20. Using a Uk Chassis number does the trick when having to deal with Nissan dealers, but MJP offers a better service with better prices anyway.
  21. aww...I thought this thread was going to be about people that really like Engine bays
  22. Not certain...but disabling power to the ABS ECU may cause the abs light to come on....negating the need for the led ?
