  1. Yeh, but that just makes it even more lardy with all that added weight. :devil2: The LWB looks stretched when your used to the SWB, and the SWB looks stumpy when your used to the LWB, most people cant actually tell the difference without looking for the petrol filler cap location anyway though. I owned 3 LWB Z's previously and was surrounded by at least 15 different examples every day at work for years, it was'nt long before I became bored of the lwb and hooked on the swb. Anyhow, the best looking Z is the Slicktop, SWB proportions plus its roofline is the sleekest. :tt2:
  2. Nope, SWB came in Both TT and NA form. In fact in the U.S (where more Z's were sold than anywhere else in the world) Twin turbos were only available as SWB and the LWB were only available as NA.
  3. You can quite easily carry one on the passenger seat and a couple more in the boot :p
  4. The SWB is faster and lighter with better handling and better looking, which are the important differences :p The differences start from the a-pillar back.
  5. argh, your making me think about my feelings. As an optimist, Im going to go with a 5 :glare:
  6. A (optional) heater vent on later models.
  7. ah yeh, did'nt see the bot bit at first :(
  8. Im new here, this is my first visit.
  9. If somebody is willing to do it for £500 and he has a lot of z experience and you know and trust them, then snap his hand off. Your looking at more like £1500 labour typically, plus about £1000 in parts (or a complete donor vehicle)
  10. Thats the 3GS, but it does'nt really matter as they all run the new IOS4 operating system anyway. If buying new then you can only get the new Iphone 4 or older 3GS now. If buying 2nd hand you could get the 3G, but you want to stick to the 3GS or the 4 really.
  11. Originally black, but it would be easier and prob cheaper just to get some replacments of a Breaker, plenty out there.
  12. Nissan Datascan - http://www.blazt.biz
  13. Give Zcentre a call, you may get lucky. They are Around £10 EACH from Nissan
  14. You can fit a couple of 10" subs in the boot with a stealth type setup and still remain most of your boot space. The LWB effectively has a false floor in the boot, giving you a lot more depth then first perceived, and the SWB had an even deeper boot.
  15. These rules are in place due to "conventional halogen headlamp" giving poor beam pattern with HID's fitted......and while the Z's Ellipsoid style headlights may fall into the "conventional" category in legal terms, they do not suffer with those symptons. All of this has been done to death in many threads previously. At the end of the day we all have them and many of us have had them for many years. They pass mot each year and dont cause any problems with the law. They are an amazing improvement over stock and an upgrade that many people will say is one of there favourites.
  16. Yep, the 93 will be a Series 2, and it has a airflow direction indicators in place of where the ambient temp would be. Its a much better system.
  17. Places like parcel2go and paisley freight usually go on weight ranges. For parcel2go its about £10 for up to 35kg, depending on size. For a sheet metal floor It will be under that limit, so just put weight as about 20kg or something ?. Your either looking at £10 or £20 depending on if its under or over the basic size limits.
