Dont rule out the discs, even though new, it can only take a single spirited drive followed by sitting at a stop(traffic light) with your foot on the brake pedal to cause such symptons. Commonly known as a "warped disc" although more typically caused by uneven pad material residue on the disc, or actual disc damage itself (crack or collapsed veins). I would get the car jacked up and check everything though , Inc subframe. ,caliper and all arm bolts. Do you have wheel spacers ?

As said, the White/black Z is Stella's old one and is a Strosek replica kit. Stella's version was made by a company that no longer exists but they are all identical anyway and Zcentre sell it as the Zenon kit. The Black car is just a stock rear bumper, possibly with stonechip removed and without spoiler. In place of the spoiler is Rear perspex third brake light sold by Nissan, it is a Standard option.

If you decide to remove the aftermarket setup thats restricting your battery space and want the correct battery then the Battery type is 068. Ignore what suppliers have listed for the Z, they are wrong. Battery supplier books list the Z31 battery for the Z32, which has different dimensions and the terminals the wrong way round.

jap spec sidelights are in the front (Foglight) location too. If you have UK spec then you will need to move the sidelights and Indictors to the side. Jap spec has indicators in the side but you will need to make yourself holes in the housing for sidelight, or fit Series 3 onwards version, which have an additional hole for lights than you can utilise for the sidelights.

I dont love or hate them. The think the best I've seen on a Z was a shorty with "A 300 SWB" or th other I can think of is "A 7ED X" , but there are quite a few with very similar plates

No, not really. No need to buy a chipped ecu though , most just have there own chipped. John Dixon , Andy p, zedworld ...etc can all chip them and typically cheaper than a chipped 2nd hand ecu.

3mph quicker than the Jun Z at Bonneville...dammit...although the Z still had a Z engine :p
