  1. Do you have codes Mark? If not I'll pm you some if you use the site I linked.
  2. I'm using UKMail at the minute, next day tracked. I also have some discount codes you enter at checkout for a further 20% off :thumbup1: http://www.ipostparcels.com
  3. You forgot the pics bud .
  4. I was just looking through my ebay archive purchases just now and found a few things I had forgotten. Yes stock internals, the clutch/flywheel cost me £285.77 GBP in total, with 23GBP in tax, the chap is called Jim. GSP600 T28's were £630.00 - July 2011. Jecs 600cc were around £220.00 Pace SMIC second hand were £180.00 Performance rad and water pump from Luke - about £210.00. Heat 8 plugs £40.00 Stainless manifolds £120.00. Plus loads of bits perhaps £300.00 Then engine out by Mr Lee Dent and his charge - undisclosed!! Lots of bits were already on the car when I purchased it, I have just added to.
  5. This one is more like mine and from this seller to, this is for a n/a, seller doesn't seem to have one for a TT at the minute. Bought mine about 2 years ago but only fit 5 months ago. Don't forget to allow another approx £30 in import duty :glare: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/XTD-STAGE-3-CLUTCH-w-PROLITE-FLYWHEEL-90-96-300ZX-NT-/380493463290?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item58972d7efa
  6. I'd say check out my garage spec list as I am running more than that, my Profec as peaked at 23psi, I must be somewhere approaching 450bhp and the clutch as given me no problems at all. My supporting mods did not break the bank either and I am very pleased with all the work me and my mechanic Lee Dent did in the summer :thumbup1:.
  7. Not unlike mine that, not a problem and only yesterday I was reading a thread on these types on the Aus site, most if not all were happy, I would and I did get a flywheel to go with it. A good all round clutch, not too heavy either, I have only ever used this one and the standard one so I have nothing else to compare it to :thumbup1:.
  8. I know on the Audis the DRLs do fade on that particular side when the indicator is on. Not sure when dipped are put on whether the DRLs fade a tad or stay the same, could be that the headlights just seem to overwhelm any running lights .
  9. I've never been able to find the correct location for DRL's, get some pics up and show us where you've put them. Your sidelights then Rich are just going to be the halos ;). Only yesterday I did think about some sort of white light that will shine through/behind the SMIC vents, rather than have led/smd lights facing forward if you know what I mean .
  10. There are now 50 insurance groups and the Mazda 323 Fastback? is double the group that a 1.1 Saxo is in, so here lies part of your problem :glare:. http://www.4road.co.uk/insurance-group/cars/mazda.htm
  11. What about a different car, say a 1.1 Saxo, my daughter 24 is insured to drive ours as a named driver with me being the policyholder but I did have some no claims to use and it as always been about £500 a year, initially with directline but now we are with LV. Tried to get her to go alone but it was just too much!! Just passed her test will also not be helping matters, suggest you use your no claims Graham from the Z, you will find it won't make much difference to it, it's what being a parent is all about bud . Similar thing with my son, he has a V6 Frontera, paying £800 for last year, just got renewal with LV and it's come down to £500, he's happy as Larry with that. Expect to take off her £70 or £80 a month but not £1400 a year
  12. It's this one and as HL-340 stamped on it, I have googled it and plenty of others with same issues, I did try last night downloading but my Kaspersky was not happy with me as I was getting 'threats' :shifty: This ad does state 'Chipset solution: PL2303', but when I download the Prolific driver it recognizes the cable chip inside the convertor as fake . http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/160853614556?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 Are you then saying something as cheap as this could well work? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/USB-2-0-to-RS232-Serial-DB9-9-Pin-Male-Adapter-Cable-PC-/121001775806?pt=UK_Computing_Parallel_Serial_PS_2&hash=item1c2c4492be
  13. Just in the middle of this at the minute, there are some cheap converters on ebay and I bought one which didn't work as you do need the driver software. My advice get one of these for a tenner as it looks genuine and so will work with the prolific driver available for free on the website and comes with a cd, my cheap cable will not as it's all to do with the chip in the convertor I believe. Sure you could buy a cheap one with a driver disc.....you pay your money and take a chance  http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/230742488092?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
  14. Yes please give him all our best, I remember my Grandma, she practically begged the doctors to remove her lower leg because of diabetes as it was giving her so much pain, sounds strange but she was so happy and upbeat afterwards .
  15. To turn it round the other way and to make Steamster feel a little guilty, I smashed my knee (anterior cruciate ligament) playing football when I was 26, couldn't play again even after NHS reconstruction, it is a terrible injury and I am careful everyday as it does 'come out' if I just twist and it lets me know, I also have numbness where the scar is right at the front of the knee. Any sort of sport apart from golf is out of the question
  16. Never really thought about it before or took notice of pics but the handbrake position just looks wrong on a LHD, what the eck is it doing over there for the passenger to use  That's all .
  17. Happy Birthday Dave
  18. This post needs no text, thank you our fallen
  19. Cat A - Crushed Cat B - Parts only Cat C - VIC test Cat D - Cosmetic no VIC test Daughter as told me this, it's her job and the Cat B she says must be broken by a registered breakers yard, so will require a letter from the yard to the insurer to say that they have it.
  20. Very good...exactly how I remember the French from just brief visits through De Gaulle
  21. I think most of us on here would buy a spares or repair Zed for £500 or less...so yes buy it back in
  22. Is it only me that notices that in every soap everybody as a different name, never two Steves or two Daves  Yes I do know soaps aren't real and being a Northerner it is the law to watch Corrie :thumbup1:
  23. I don't mean to be brutal but just put it down to experience, yes there are jerks out there we all know this is the case, you have the goods back so you'll just have to put them back on - you never know you may get more, make sure you get your selling fees back. About two years ago I sold something for lets say £100.00, two days after delivery was made the seller complained to ebay, payment was put on hold, he says the item didn't work, I disputed but couldn't 100% prove, my guess is seller broke it, I just asked for the item to be returned for a full refund. I posted comments in the dispute notes, he posted nothing and never returned the item.......this is the good bit - ebay just gave him the money back from me and he kept the item, they were unaware of this non return as they don't look into things and by default rule against the seller. I was blazing to say the least, I rang and was completely rude, angry, blunt, etc, ended up ebay refunded me as well, so at least I got paid, I took this as an admission of blame on ebays part
  24. I think this is more of a pod thread. So as not to confuse, not everybody as these on the clocks that shine back although the mould is there for this purpose on every set
