  1. 'ebay went in his favour' John and took money back from your paypal to him and he's still got alloys?
  2. I saw this on TV about a month ago and if memory serves it was on the Thames and perhaps was just a trial event for a few days. Looks really good fun but I don't think it was cheap to have a go, although I am sure price will come down in time
  3. Haha.....he might be referring to the ones he has from me  :headvswal :nono:  :xxx: Spoilt for choice in this post for appropriate smileys, so here's another
  4. Happy Birthday :thumbup1:
  5. Cars are very sensitive these days, our merc management light is constantly on and as been for years, we clear it but it keeps coming back after 2 days or so. I have put numerous new sensors on it as per the diagnostic....performance is not affected, don't lose sleep over it .
  6. Haha...what a numpty :thumbup1: We are all jealous really as most of us wouldn't fit through the bl**dy hoop
  7. He's dropping a lot to say it only needs a bit to put right, so I'd say just tread with caution although it does look and sound straight enough, having just one fault on a 20 year old car is not bad at all. A little caution on the mileage, 75k is lowish even if it's in miles, I notice also had a clock change  None of this is that rare but of course nice to have things complete, shows someone as cared and/or had little use :thumbup1: 'The very rare original emergency flare is present in the passenger footwell as are the sun blinds, targa bags and tool kit. Alloy wheels are original and immaculate with new tyres.'
  8. Is your insurance underwritten with Zurich, if the answer is yes it could well pass through my daughters hands
  9. I am fine also with JECS - 600cc
  10. Andy Ish swears by Brilliant for his wheels, I didn't think it much different to Peek or Autosol though
  11. This is a bit aftermarket car specific and is difficult for members to help you. You will have somewhere a module/relay to make your mirrors do that and you'll have a turbo timer harness, you will just have to take some panels and trim off and chase the wires about and check for a loose connection - my guess is it'll be like spaghetti  Could well be just coincidence that it as failed after being with Jeff.
  12. If it's anything like the reverse light panel and tail lights you will need it in the oven at 120 degrees for 15 mins?
  13. I think that would be considered insulting, my guess is most Germans talk better English then the........erm English, I sometimes have the misfortune to catch a bit of Eastenders....innit
  14. Look what I have spotted :shifty: http://www.aus300zx.com/forum/showthread.php?t=321495
  15. I wouldn't worry at those prices.......I can go to certain areas in Burnley and find someone to 'help' me for much much less :whistling:
  16. You're talking about opening up the panel and putting the light inside and closing it back up, there are two write ups on that in the FAQ section, the modification I have done does include opening the panel and doing some inside work but the light then is not put inside - this is not a plug and play panel as the lights whichever ones you choose to shine through are attached to the car body, there is no write up as I aint done one
  17. Now you know how Sarah feels, she as to put up with a constant pain in the neck......poor lass
  18. Sure that's my Uncle Albert.....we both share the eccentric hair  Not done this thread as an advert, the panel is just for my own pleasure . Spoilt for choice and have a bit of a nice dilemma in this area as I do have a totally original Altia green one that works perfectly and is mint, although very rare it is not unique like this one .
  19. The magic is not actually inside the panel :thumbup1: I do have an 8 min night video on my youtube channel if anybody cares to view, I will not post here as I am intending doing another to replace it asap
  20. Yes I often think a little person say 12 inches tall will get a lot of work as I certainly needed one this week to fasten down one of the legs on my newly positioned bath. Same can be said for a person 20 feet tall, he could of cut my leylandi conifer edge this summer with ease
  21. Don't mention the war but if you do happen to, just the once, you may get away with it
  22. Showed these off at JAE to many, some did give me a bit of ribbing  but I have now done these to update my youtube channel - thought some might like to view. First one, even for me this is a little flash so if I like I can just have it lit without flashing. Also my HID front fogs  [video=youtube_share;vjZSNl27_yE] This video shows off what my turbo timer does and my auto folding mirrors with window lift  [video=youtube_share;5HK4VAtQV10] Showing mirror fold from the front [video=youtube_share;IpaQ4lVtACY] This one shows that I still maintain manual control of the mirrors :thumbup1: [video=youtube_share;lqRAwJForPc]
  23. Glad you enjoyed San Fran, did you go out and travel underneath the bridge and did you got to Alcatraz
  24. Not against that at all, when that's sprayed it will look 100 times better still, can you just dollop a bit of body colour on it or black?
