I went through a red light once and it cleared the way really well for others and the panda car coming up from behind, who in fact did thank me as he sped past. People just will not cross that line when it's on red know matter what, it's similar on the motorway, when you join a motorway and your lane runs out and into a hard shoulder, people will not just go onto the shoulder bit for say 100, 200 yard for fear of land mines going off !!

Opening up a dispute can rub people up the wrong way, so stay polite as long as possible, packing and organizing a courier can take time so try not to come across as inpatient. I wouldn't of thought the seller is playing silly buggers unless he's unhappy with the price you paid and wants to refund then he can take his chance again.

You did purchase through ebay and paid with paypal.....if so as a buyer you can obtain a full refund just follow their guidelines and time frame and you cannot possibly be out of pocket, so don't worry for the time being and be patient but some communication would be nice, which is a reason to open up a dispute.

I sold it only to find out later that they can be adapted to fit an aftermarket rad but I'm not bothered for getting another. Car passed MOT today with no advisories for the 4th year on the trot in my ownership, I notice I have every MOT certificate, so therefore proof of mileage from when my car entered the country in 2006 :thumbup1:. Then I treat it to some Tesco Momentum 99 and had a blast on the M65 to celebrate...............keeping under the speed limit at all times of course :whistling:.

I do need some inner polished pipes with red hoses, not the outer ones as these are already silver and hard with my BOV's on them but anyway today a couple of tiny jobs as I try to make it better so I have a chance in another months COTM :laugh:. Sprayed and lacquered the end bit on the bonnet catch and under the Z32, etc on the Tokyo Auto panel badge in red to match other stuff I have the same in the engine bay :thumbup1:.

I've been away so the reason for me not replying sooner. I spoke to the seller last year and he seems very genuine and I do have his number still but I have never managed to actually view it as yet although I always look and there it always is on his drive. He has had it a while then but to me doesn't advertise it much and I know he imported it, I will do anything you want me to do to help so just let me know.

As I have said before it was great to do something for you for a change after all your efforts on mine which I appreciate greatly....now get that car finished and show us all before the summer is out :thumbup1:.

I fit a boost gauge in my clocks on my 94, everything is there, basically you just need a boost solenoid from a breaker and a set of series 4 clocks for the gauge itself, so no more than £100.00 and job done :thumbup1:.
