  1. On a quiet Monday lunchtime I get a full meg more than in post 3, still pretty poor and embarrassing with Sky.........ah well, a week to go until my BT Infinity is installed :thumbup1:. Apparently, BT have run fibre optic from the exchange to the local boxes you see on the pavements and then it connects with the old copper phone wires into your home so not far to travel with the old stuff .
  2. I wont know my BHP until the next day when I'm meeting Noz but expect around 450. And value well it stands me about 10k but would expect pretty much what I paid for it 3 1/2 years ago and that's somewhere around £5,500.
  3. I like the decal it's a little different. Don't wrap it - no need and it doesn't last, use the money and get a black roof spoiler and what about black fog light ducts . EDIT.....Oh and do your swage line with 8mm black vinyl !!
  4. Initially I was looking to buy some cord or rope from ebay but I have an upholsterer friend so went asking him, they make it up by just cutting out a 2 inch or so piece of fabric and folding/stitching it around a length of like cotton wool tubing. You can see it clearly as it runs down the top sides of the center arm rest. In the other areas I forced this 'flange' under, the only bits I hot glued were on the roof of the glove box and a bit under the handbrake. So should I need to remove some panels it will just be a case of forcing it back under again. On the doors I cut this flange off as close to the stitching as possible and used hot glue to hold in place :thumbup1:.
  5. Agreed....get that sig pic updated this instant .
  6. I'm after some of these as well so you'll have to be on the ball !! I am not totally against buying brand new as per the post 5 link as I got my interior from them. And yes I was miffed when Mogster beat me to those from Jeff as they were nice :thumbup1:. FYI, mine is S4 and none fitted .
  7. I'm not a trimmer but I take care and time with the jobs I do and having done the doors the other day, I got more made up and have done the piping all around now including under the steering wheel . Took my inspiration from the great mondo for the doors but the rest I aint seen before done and I think it's turned out very well :thumbup1:.
  8. Will the tape work just as well on a non chromed catch Graham . I did a similar thing on my lads Frontera, just a case of making it fatter .
  9. Thought that was just my wife - I only go inside to be fed .
  10. My card/pressies for you are NOT in the post....so don't wait in for them will ya. Have a good day bud, I know what you want for your birthday and it's the same as me !!!
  11. I too would like to enjoy a breakfast Rich and to drive straight to the pub but it would mean me setting off at 6.45 am to get there for around 8.15 am, I am all for getting up early once in a while but why do we have to get to the event at 9am, can we not put back everything 30 mins, sure this'll help myself and others out who have a distance to travel ?
  12. Well spotted, no I didn't read spec list as fully as I now have !!
  13. He's doing mine on the 17th June but I only have stock internals but everything else. My guess is you'll reach 600bhp .
  14. Welcome along, I am only in Burnley so you're welcome to pop by whenever you like .
  15. Freshened up my swage line all around the car as it does fade over time, I used some 8mm shiny black vinyl .
  16. Having got the idea from the great mondo the other day - I got a bit of black piping made up and it just tidies up some of the edges .

Yes it's very much part of the fun, I could well be tempted to travel down with you big girls blouses as I don't like the idea of trundling down on Friday on my own . And anyway that'll mean just one night in my tent instead of the two freezing cold ones I had last year :surrender:.
  20. What do Sky call 'full speed' - 1 meg would of been nice :clown:. Been with them two years and never got near it. I had been thinking of asking them if I could have their quicker option.......dial up !!
  21. Yes looks like a different car, it's yellow though and the bonnet looks the same :clown:, lights and wheels could of been changed since but perhaps not the bumper, but I'm sure this is the one Lee is talking about.
  22. That certainly does suck, Sky Broadband again like mine WAS, as from 18th June I have signed up with fibre optic infinity from BT and am promised 40 mega doolies which will be 60 times faster than I'm getting now from Sky !! That's why I am slow with this thread as I've been waiting for it to load up . I am also no worse off penny wise and I get that BT Sport TV package so win win and win again for me .
  23. Here it is next to mine JAE 2011.
  24. Does sound well, very well in fact..........tell me Mark what type of dog is it .
