  2. Hi Daz, Many congrats on the conversion - bet it feels good knowing you've done it yourself. Sorry I missed your call, but obviously you're all sorted now.
  3. A car collector bought a number of cars from the Sultan including the 300zx. One of which was an Aston Martin Virage (20yrs old or so) with only 200 odd miles :confused: Anyway it was never used in this country and it sat in his storage unit along with his other cars - Ferrari's, Astons, MG SV, Lister Jags, etc. He decided to sell to make space and I bought it. Quite a find really. UK car - used in a hot climate so absolutely no rust. Only 11,600 miles - to my knowledge the lowest mileage zed in the UK.

  6. Nice one - just reserved a parts washer :D
  7. Same here mate. I've got some time later this week and next week. If you need a hand just ask.
  8. Sounds like you made good progress today. Get some pics up of you're progress if you can.
  9. That looks fantastic :bow::bow: Can't wait to see it back in the car
  10. Indeed you did :wink: Good to see its treating you well. :thumbup1:
  11. I think it should be brought back - just not monthly. Maybe once a quarter or so "COTQ". Would make it less work to organise as well and people would take more interest.
  12. I had a car that came as standard with a DAB stereo. That had a seperate aerial hidden under the bonnet
  13. Yes - had to do it with mine when I changed the upstairs box from regular sky to a sky+ one. The cards are paired to a specific box to stop you giving/lending the card to someone else. Ring em back and hopefully you'll speak to someone else. Sky's crap for cust service.
  14. Sky themselves have to do it. You need to ring their cust services and they will require the number of the card you wish to use and a number from the new HD box.

    Personally I'd prefer Naf's car - It's a forum car with history. Many people have testified to its quality and the price reflects the possible engine prob.
  16. They are to the extent that if you connect them the wrong way round - forwards will be backwards etc
  17. There's a few variants of 350z wheels. I have the 18in Rays ones on mine. I have fitted 225/40 front, 245/35 rear. That's the stock 350z tyre width but diff height to suit the 300's rolling circumference.
  18. The low mileage - can't buy or sell that :D
  19. Differs between the jap and UK cars. For example JAP's never had heated seats

  21. Both of mine are kept in the garage. One is SORNed - probably til March/April. The other gets used 2/3 days a week.
  22. Happy Birthday Isaac :duffer::duffer::duffer::duffer::hurl:
  23. No probs mate - looks much better.
