  1. Looks good mate but will it ever work again ????
  2. See this thread. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=111586&highlight=c%26s+woods Phil had a good reputation with zed's, although i've not used him myself.
  3. Yeah but the GTR is designed to go round the Nurburgring in 7:20 odd seconds. I doubt you'd notice the benefit in the Zed. But for a £1 a tyre what can go wrong.
  4. Only the vert's :winkiss:
  5. Only relevant for extreme driving/track work. The benefit is the pressures don't change as the tyre warms up. The GTR is filled with Nitrogen as standard.
  6. Typically those style of plates cost approx £300 from the DVLA. Now since it means something to Stu only and doesn't have a broader appeal I would suggest this is a fair price. Ignore valuations from number plate dealers, they always quote vastly inflated prices.
  7. Polish them with a mild cut car polish. That will remove any swirling and minor scratches and give them a nice gloss.
  8. Happy Birthday Daz :happybday:
  9. Yeah as said above make sure the bath legs are all adjusted properly and then fill the bath with water before grouting/silicone and leave until set.
  10. and you've got nowhere to put it :laugh:
  11. Course you did :innocent::wink:
  12. Some alarms have a timed output included. You just need to set how long. Otherwise (as said above) knock up a timer cirucit - 555 chip comes to mind
  13. My primary reason for putting a private plate on the Zed was after spending a large amount of money on it getting it how I wanted, looking like a new car - it seemed a shame to then tar it with a J??? ??? plate
  14. Love em or Hate them it depends on the plate. I don't like plates where they doctor the letters or use black screws to make e.g. two 1's into a H.
  15. Congratulations. It's my wedding anniversary tomorrow - 6yrs
  16. Looks very clean and tidy. Lot of hard work. Well done.
  17. Yes you can. I removed it on mine, as well as the motor on the bottle and used a grommet to fill the hole.
  18. Typing's not the problem - it's the time it takes to read through all your drivel :wink:
  19. It's only taken just over 6yrs. Considering i'm on the forum numerous times a day, every day i've finally made it to the dizzy heights of: 500 posts.
  20. You trying to give me nightmares or something :sad: I'm off to the garage to check :biggrin: Won't be cheap - set of tyres from Nissan is approx £2200 and the wheels are over a grand each.
