goose honk is associated with the internals of the recirc valves when they fail, its letting pressure out before its supposed too. now you have a aftermarket vent to atmosphere dump valve and have blocked off the recirc pipes you shouldn't suffer with goose honk.

always use a combination of capitalised letters fullstops and lower case, a good password would be a favorite web address as it usually contains all of these and password crackers do not run websites as brute force attack. in fact a website address with the http:// at the front as your password and a mix of UPPER and lower case letters with in the address is even stronger.

and don't under any circumstances use a tool to put the new filter on. you only need to dip the rubber ring end into the old oil and then hand tighten it onto the car. if you use a tool to tighten it up to get it on, you wont get the bloody thing off next time lol

matey this isn't oil sludge i can tell you that now. its orange, oil sludge has the color of cream leather or there abouts, and its not very bitty like that photo looks.

havent got a clue about the wire, but the under are dash trim with the tweed on it, has the two screws that are hiding in the black plastic recess's and 2 bolts from right at the lower edge, and one screw behind the air vent that the door closes on.

im just waiting on my engine and gearbox to arrive. got a few bits of welding that need doing before august (had a look drivers side skirt is going to have to come off :( ) but once the engine and gear box are changed and my spoilers on. we shall have to arrange something Just one question though, she looks stunning and im loving the blend on the side skirts, i noticed you have gone side indicator free, yet still have the crystal rear ones on the bumper. just wondering why you decided to leave those ones in. if you can get a RS232 extender cable mate, and can get the car to mine, we can plug mine into it.

usually a shell will make that noise when it gets above a certain rev range and stay there as its making the conrod into a oval at the bearing end. eventually it will give putting a rather large whole somewhere when it throws the conrod about the engine. Might even be the oil pick up knocking one of the balance arms on the crank, have you checked for dents in the oil pan baz?

with all that crap, expect to be replacing a few things to get the flow back to the engine as well, IE: thermostat and hopefully not, but might even need to replace the heater matrix as well. good luck though
