  1. I doubt it has but would be a good idea to check the filler cap and drain cap as well as that looped pipe for the oil cooler thats been by past. Also did you put the rubber boot back on under the gear stick gator or your going to have all the heat from the engine / exhaust filtering into the cabin. as you forgot to put that on when putting the interior back together.
  2. Yes we put the correct oil in it. GL4 75 - 90 I didn't have the same issue when the box was in my car, the only thing i can think of is that manual spigot bearing didn't go in to well, and we couldn't get the rest of it back out. Never experienced a gearbox heating to the point you cant touch the gear-knob, ive had it where the gearknob warms up though.
  3. I used Paisley freight to send car.mad my genuine 99spec bumper, it arrived there with out a hitch, ive also used them to send a 300zx tailgate complete with glass, as well as various other parts, never had a issue with them.
  4. 4 years in a box? That would of been on my car by now. no way could i buy that and not stick it on the car.
  5. everyone knows i have first dibs, because at this rate ill never get one lol
  6. i got a set of them, great until they also chew the crap out of the rounded bolt / nut you are trying to remove lol
  7. yep, and i have a one way valve for you from the break master cylinder
  8. Me, i watched as DVLA returned the blue zed after they stole it from me. numpty's. V0UjR3VW1SI
  9. pretty sure he is on about the wheel nut is in good condition and costs £7 to post. bargain of the century that.
  10. fuel pump failing? is there any pressure in the fuel lines? sounds a bit rattily as well but that could be the video, you haven't knocked an actuator arm off have you?
  11. Thats due to the BT lines matey. Older lines are crap.
  12. here's mine but for some reason its saying im based in belfast lol
  13. might have to get you to download me some stuff lol whys your upload faster than the download? usually its the other way around.
  14. im thinking we are all on different wave lengths here lol, the A/C pump its self has a clutch / pulley compo, there is a little tentioner wheel to the left of it for the A/C belt. is this what you are on about and not the actual A/C pump?
  15. why are you trying to remove it? its a clutch mechanism, if the clutch fails its time to get a new pump, much easier.
  16. PDP-502MX Yeah they are quite big lol
  17. Couldnt tell, same color lol
  18. im not even going to mention flex plate bolt and auto spigot bearing fecking things.....
  19. This might help you figure out what its been spliced into. check the wire colors.
  20. realistically Richard, you should get at least 150 to 200 for them on the bay, might get higher depending if the bidders are out that week. but thats only if they are in perfect working order with no screen burn / remote / stand. or wall bracket.
  21. Its defiantly a monitor with no tuning capability, i know i have one sat behind my sofa needing a new screen due to screen burn (again used in a business) ive also got a PDP-501MXE as well. good monitors. bearing in mind one has screen burn, i paid £50 each for them, the other just needs a new capacitor pack on the power board. never got around to fixing them as they weight a ton and are rather bloody large.
  22. Would depend on make and model, they seem to be going on ebay for around the 50 to 150 mark in good working order with no screen burn and no stands / remotes, i use a JVC monitor 42inch plasma (2001 so quite old now) as a main TV, its resolution is 1024x768 for PC use, but can accept a 1080i signal if using the component connections on the rear. If you put them on ebay though, they will sell. i used to buy broken plasma monitors fix and resell them when working.
  23. wow, not sure what to say about that, shocked isn't the word, was the first zed i met on the open road, was at the A14 thrapston turn off on the way to see Steams when he came off the A14 in front of me, i followed him around the round about and pulled in behind him in the garage, stood speaking for around 30mins before we both headed off, such a nice chap as well. spoke to him via PM a few times after that as well. Can someone pass my condolences to his family. sad day indeed.
  24. i am indeed in a working zed, and shes a bloody rocket at that. im still on the same number if you want to ring matey.
  25. Blooming hell, long time no see matey how are you? i had to double take, thought it was a double post to start with lol lol i set a reminder on my phone.
