strange this, but how many left hand corners do you usually drive around? lol but i have noticed the same on my rear, my passenger side is waring on the inside edge, yet the drivers is waring evenly, i have paperwork for the 4 wheel tracking that was done at around the same time the tyres where changed.

Not on part worns, but if you get stuck, i know a decent company in northampton that does part worns for really cheap, can get it on your car so your not on a space saver for JAE.

I think your missing the point here. IF you wanted advice on a business venture, where was the point in even saying the cars were forsale? why even mention where the money was coming from. "im trying to see if its a good idea to start up a business, potentially i might have around 800 from one source, or 1800 from another, to put funds into getting the business up and running, also, what car would be better for my business image? a civic or a vectra?" there ya go, no mention of the cars being the main source of your income, the same question, and also the cars in the same thread. We have had plenty of people who have put up threads the same as yours, and sooner or later you get someone post asking you to contact them about the cars. sorry matey, as i said it wasn't a Judgement call, its what we do to every post that starts like that from a registered user. well, im almost ready to finally get you to meet one of my zeds lol

well your power steering pump was a lot smaller than mine with less attachments on it lol check your breaker for a hicas lock out bar at the rear.

took me on my own 7 hours to pull the engine and gearbox, but i had to keep stopping as i was under the car most of that, and people kepts stopping too look what was going on, kinda of got a bit paranoid about me tools when they did that. also had to stop for a pee break and a tea break, plus talk to peeps looking. but if i didnt have any interuptions, would take about 3 to 4 hours on my own to pull the engine and take the gearbox off so not too bad. we had a bit of prep work today, had to get the turbos back on the engine, water pipes on, cam covers on, water by pass, plus loads of fun with moving the engine abour 50meters from my garage to the car, and the gearbox, then the fun of getting the engine in, which at one point didnt even look like it was going to happen lol

As i was on my own for the engine out, it just made more sense to remove the gearbox and do it the way i know, if id ran into any problems doing it by lowering the front subframe, i most likely would of just thrown a spanner at the thing lol was indeed, though you could of told me you had a hicas delete lol, ive now got to change the power steering pump bracket over as mine doesnt fit with the hicas one on, shame i didn't realise before putting the engine in :lol:

its ok jeff, his is now on holiday, hopefully give him some time to rethink is attitude.

the new engine came with the sub frame attached, i left it attached until we were ready to drop the new engine in, as not only did it protect the oil pan, it also protected the front crank pulley, and when the engine was lowered to the floor, it sat correctly. we then undid the old sub frame, and lowered the engine into the bay onto the sub frame that was already in place. one thing i will say though, if you can take your front bumper off, it would be a good idea. as i couldn't, i ended up with the crane being pulled into it with the engine. if you get stuck give me a ring, ill be lounging about on the sofa all day watching Jeremy kyle :lol:

no, factual would be where you are dead right, but in this case your dead wrong. being able to fix a computer for someone, and get on your iphone in between software installs is hardly what id call being on the dole. seriously, if you cant figure that out, there really is no hope. hell i can even get on facebook and post shit up while DJ'ing. you might want to invest in a phone that can do the same, you would be surprised the amount of people i know who still post shit online even though they are working there asses off.

ive got a polished plenum going on, just didnt fit it during lifting, will go on once the gearbox is connected up to the engine.
