around town driving, you will get 1 2 3, on a motor way cruise, you will get 1 2 3 and lock up which is essentially 4th gear and have you cruising at 70 @ 2800 rpm. If you stick your foot to the floor in any gear except 1st, you will initiate kick down, where the box will kick to a lower gear to gain revs faster, if you go for a TT this essentially means you have to hold on until you lift your foot off.

agree with the above, flashes faster to let you know you have a blown bulb.

Adrian flux for me just out priced me, i think they do that for some reason, they wanted 4800 a year fully comp, at the time i was 31 with 2 years no claims on a second car, where do they get there prices from? asda was just as bad at 4700, went with lynbrook car insurance and been with them since, i now pay 330 fully comp 8k miles a year all mods declared.

I love my current blue one, but absolutely loved that cherry red one, strong as hell she was, just needed a few things sorting out and would of made a very good motor. going to slowly get the blue one changed. i do love the OEM look, its something most body kits tend to destroy, im not to pleased with the front bumper on the blue one, so its getting changed. im getting some smoothed side skirts as well this year as i want them on instead of the ones with the holes in them like i currently have and would like to get rid of the vented front wings as it just makes the car look to busy. i like subtle mods, i am how ever keeping my rear bumper thats on it at the moment as its grown on me and makes the back end look aggressive. my cherry red zed was my fav of all the zeds i owned and i loved them alloys, but they were only 17's :(

love my bose base boxes, just need the real speaker covers for them instead of having it painted on in white lol

wouldn't effect you anyway being a registered user you wouldn't gain access to the rides section had it still been here. it was part of being subscribed.

i think its time for some constructive criticism here, what exactly is it that you do not like? apart from the colour change from blue / blue to blue / white. im struggling to see how people are finding it hard to navigate? the forum lay out is the same. nothing has changed there. the selling section is still where it was. you post and ask questions in the same way, when you click on zed related, the posts are in the same lay out? instead of just saying "i dont like it" state why? We have lost just 2 functions / slight colour change, it looks prettier, there are still a few things that need to be addressed, but they are on hold until major bugs are ironed out or rear there head then ironed out.

the rides section going doesn't mean the forum no longer works Chris. its the same forum just looks different so not quite sure why a few people are saying about how computer illiterate they are and that they cant seem to use it?, the main features are still in the same place, the look has changed, But you can still post, the edit buttons are in the same location, the threads are in the same locations, all the threads are there. the only significant changes at the moment are, no user feed back, no rides section. there is a blog area if you really want to stick a blog that shows your ride that's accessible from your user CP, all your photos from your boot install is there, in the old thread it was in, so to be honest bud, i really don't know why your making such a fuss. its been 2 days and to be honest as with any forum change that changes from a very old version to a new version of the same software, it can take a while to iron out the bugs associated with the update.

Rides section is no longer with us at present, i have no idea if we are getting it back or not. bit annoyed my self over that as its going to take ages to type out my car specs into what ever it is that may or may not replace it.

I hate to start a post on a negative, but these cars drink fuel regardless of them being a Auto or manual, they both get around the same MPG, 14 to 18 around town, 25 to 28 on a cruise on a motorway, and if you floor it, well. you can watch the needle move as long as you're on a privet road lol You need to be aware that at the time the cars were made, fuel prices were in the 50p per litre mark so fuel economy wasn't on nissans list of priority's when designing it. anyway, having owned a 300zx in both manual and auto. (currently on a auto) i have to say that apart from the lazyness of the auto, im now not fussed as to what i have it in and im doing roughly the same miles per gallon. You can always buy an auto and convert it to a manual.

to be honest they way they are at the moment, they are a bit pointless, first i can only view my own rep points by clicking the little down arrow at the side of the green box. 2 the green box is a bit of a mystery as its just a green box and until you hover your cursor over it you have no idea what the bloody thing is? lol
