  2. after watching many hours of coverage of the appalling situation in japan the thing that amazes me most is the calmness and order that the japanese people are maintaining . japan is a nation built on honour and pride and its people are shining examples for us all .
  3. a lot of works gone into creating that ugly bag of crap . looks a bit like chris eubank from the front
  4. cars are like people , as they get older they get weaker . compression drops , sut biulds reducing the engines breathing , injecters wear affecting the fueling , breaks might bind a little . bearings ware thus reducing smooth movement , the list is endless . pretty much every mechanical part is for making you go or stop . as they all ware their performance is reduced .
  5. a no claims bonus can only be used on one vehicle for some mad reason . as its the driver who has the bonus surely you should be able to use it on all cars even if you have 10 motors as you can only drive one at a time . i use my no claims on my daily and classic insurance on the zed as you dont use no claims with classic insurance and therefor arnt breaking any laws that would allow an insurer to wriggle out of a claim
  6. as above , quality over quantity all day long
  7. you dont need a lot of watts to fill a zed . sometimes less is better
  8. glad you,re on the mend chris . better lay off them roll ups now
  9. something ive been thinking about doing for a long time . this is the first working model . still quite a bit of fettling to get it 100% .
  10. done mine a while back . the seats are a doddle . as for the dashboard trim , start at the drivers door and work to the middle then on the passenger side its glovebox out first and then the centre and door side trim . there are a few fixings tucked away around the glove box but its an easy job to do . replace all the trim before you put your new seats back in as it will save you a bit of twisting around under the glovebox
  11. please pass on my best wishes to him marie ann . get well soon chris
