Just make sure you heat it steadily and evenly or it could crack , i used an electric blow heater and warmed the whole glass in one go , also use a wide bladed paint scraper to prise the glass up so it won,t chip the edges . HTH

Nice one Dave , should be flying after all that,s done :bow: :bow: A plenum bypass is a job worth doing IMO , under the plenum is a series of metal pipes joined together with rubber ones , they feed straight off the two metal hoses at the back of the engine that feed your matrix , go round under the plenum , through the throttle bodies and then to your turbo,s . The bypass is just taking the feeds of the metal hoses that feed the matrix and putting them straight to your turbos , ( blue pipes in the second pic ) Peace of mind is achieved :bow: :bow:
