Hi guys,

Just wanted to say I am now on the look out for a Fairlady 300zx.

If it's OK, I'll be posting a fw questions to help me purchasing the right car.

From 1990 - 1992 models. Are there many variations?

Look forward to meeting fellow owners soon. :D

Hello and welcome - you're spoilt for choice for good examples at bargain prices. Check out the Cars for Sale forum

Also take a look here:

http://www.300zx.co.uk/tech/BuyingZ.htm Bugger Jonno beat me

As for variations generally it's a choice between TT or NA, UK or Jap model, auto and manual and LWB(2+2) or SWB (2 seater). All SWB's and NA's are Jap imports.

There are other options eg slick top (no targas) and cabriolet.

Good luck :D

Hello buddy and welcome to the nut house.

You will get lots of advice off here on what to look for but the best advice I can give is to take your time looking for your Z. The best bet is to try and go for one off the forum as generally it will have been looked after properly and you can look into the history of it. If possible perhaps try and get someone off here who knows about these great cars to go and have a look with you . Good luck with the search.

Darrell

Hi and welcome to the club

If you have enough dosh and can wait till September I'll be selling my Blue 2+2. It wil have a wide arse by then aswell. The Spec in my rides section is out of date as i've done quite a bit more since then and the car car is a 94.

Hi and welcome :)

Depending on budget 2 cars from here come highly recommended - Bantambunny's and Spongey's. Have a good look around and don't go for the first one you look at without seeing a few more to compare... :)

Good luck :)
