  3. Do what i,ve been doing , cars on the drive so i,ve run an exstension into the car , folded the back seat down and put a 2Kw blow heater in the back pointing forwards , when i get up and about half an hour before leaving i plug the extension cable in which is already run into the house , it warms up inside nicely and melts all the ice of your windows and demists them as well , far better than freezing ya nads off scraping ice at 7 in the morning :thumbup::thumbup:
  4. OH YES INDEEDY :thumbup::thumbup:
  5. Mine,s been running without O2 sensors for 5 years now and never had a problem , runs like a clock :wink:

  9. Plenum bypass , getting rid of those old perished little water pipes , rear crank seal and theres some core plugs at the back of the engine that,s only accessable with the engine out , i also did my rocker cover gaskets cos they usually leak , junk AIV,s and remove EGR system , that should keep you busy for ten minutes :wacko::lol: HTH
  10. FAIL :oops::oops:
  11. PMSL at the one where they rip the rear panel clean off the car :thumbup::thumbup:
  12. Luke at the Zcentre was telling me of a new range of high quality clutches for handling higher power outputs he,s now supplying , seemed a really good price as well , dunno why he was telling me mines an auto :yes::yes: HTH
  13. Ayup stranger , hope all is well .
  14. If Manta v8 was still a regular visitor and saw that he,d buy it :thumbdown: , he used to have one specially made for him by a guy at an electronics firm with a speed controller to speed the light motion up and down !!! It was mounted in the front grille of his Mazda 626 TWR Coupe in the early 90,s even sadder than that , when he removed it my ex,s dad bought it off him and fitted it to his Opel Kadett estate :yes::yes::yes: I 5hit you not !!! :wacko::wacko:
  15. It looks clean and classy at the mo IMO , fibreglass wing don,t usually fit too well and after a few months of the glass settling they normally look rippley and spoil the effect you were after in the first place , especialy on a black car :scared::scared:
  16. My sympathy,s for you all bud , i lost a good friend this time last year , his widow was out with us on xmas eve for a drink , she returned home to find that her late husbands sister had been found dead by her 87 year old mother who lived next door !! Some familys , especially the nicest ones always seem to suffer the most :hammer:It,s a cruel world at times .
  17. We were told a week ago that we were gonna finish work at 1 today , great we all thought , so everyone,s made plans for this afternoon then they dropped the bombshell on tuesday saying due to the economic climate we,ve now got to work till 4 . As you can imagine the lads were well pi55ed off about it :cursing::cursing: Yesterday morning nearly all the power went down in our workplace , no heat , no lights and more importantly no coffee machine :sweatdrop:. They kept us hanging on but eventually had to let us go at 2 but we had to be in as normal today cos the leccy board were gonna fix it over night , got there this morning still no power , turns out to be a big job so they,ve let us go home again . RESULT Off down the pub now :thumbup::thumbup:
  18. Have a great one everybody :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
  19. Going to work this morning at 7 didn,t have a problem , TBH i,ve always found the zed to be quite good in the snow as long as you take it steady , never got stuck yet in 5 years of driving it :tt2::tt2::yes:
  20. Any decent bodyshop with a good Jigging system should be able to sort it out bud . There are a few types , a bracket system which the garage have to hire a set of brackets for that particular make and model of car , ie Cellette and Car Bench or one with a measuring system which should be the cheaper option as there,s no bracket hire , ie Blackhawk Korek , Car-o-liner , Globel amongst others. It,s alot less work getting it straightened than re-shelling IMO as long as the person jigging it does it right . HTH :punk:
  21. Happy burpday bud :thumbup::thumbup:
  22. Is it a directional tyre and is it on the right way round ??
  23. Here you go bud Seems to be in perfect condition .
  24. Is it a TT pipe or NA your after bud ? , i bought one off Slick Pete when mine sprung a leak , turned out to be off an NA so i ended up having one made for mine which is a TT and the NA one off Pete is now spare.
