It could also be that your temperatures fine but your heater matrix is sludged up not allowing any hot water to flow through , hence no heat . Mine was very clogged , replaced it and now i have to turn the heater down cos it,s sooo good :thumbup1::thumbup1: Fit an aftermarket temp guage , at least you can see what temp your actually running at :yes: Just in case . http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=119753

I used Silicon bud and i,m sure it was 6mm bore ( just get a second opinion , my memory,s not what it used to be :whistling:) got mine from a show , i,m sure the traders on here can supply. HTH

Nice one bud , in the same dilema at the mo , mine needs a tub rebuilding ( again ) rear wheel arches and a bit of time to get her back up to scratch but no garage and a lack of motivation isn,t helping much :sad: . I will do it one day soon though :thumbup:
