Winter coming........Car cover?
Yes bud got two mounting holes in each leg and the frames very sturdy obviously doesn,t like strong winds too much so i,m gonna be roping right over mine and tying it down to some fastenings in the drive to stop the covering bellowing out too much , already put bungees across the frame openings on the inside to stop it blowing inwards too much . A few pics of the progress
Hiya Dave , we,ve been running it up today , it,s a bit hard to tell at the mo but it is running quite well , tickover is high but it probably needs to be driven to see properly , Rubble i don,t know whether they changed the filters cos i didn,t have to use the fitting kit supplied for the filters , they fastened straight to the pipwork instead of using the silicon joiners as supplied ???

I junked the Hicas and used an aftermarket resovoir but had to mod the inner wing to fit it , as for the fuse box and now the PTU .http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=139303

manual conversion test drive niggles
Have a check to make sure you havn,t caught and squashed a brake line , if your brakes weren,t binding before and they are now there must be a reason and the only one i can think of is this , you use the brakes once fluid will get forced through a nearly squashed pipe but not return as there,s no hydraulic pressure to return it making your brakes stay partially on , just a guess :whistling:

Just about got the engine bay finished , need to buy a bling top rad mount and sort a few bits and bobs out . Engines running ok , got a bit of a misfire and sounds a bit rattly top end i,m hoping it,s just the followers that need to pump up fully cos i was told the engine had no rattles at all !!! Refitted the oil cooler Then fitted the FMIC Fitted the alloy rad That,s my bling power steering pot  And i got me old m8 Darren (mantav8) graftingand he fitted the down pipes and other stuff , cheers m8 I,m very pleased how it,s looking , just need to do the rest of the car now :blink:

manual conversion test drive niggles
The clutch pedal has adjustment on them , theres some on the clevis that connects to the pedal arm but if it,s a tt pedal you,ve got there,s adjustment on the rod that comes out of the clutch servo and pushes the actual master cylinder , you have to drop your master cylinder out of the way to get access to it though but it,s do-able. Right way round?
If your talking about the small hose in the pic then yes if your talking about the bigger hose that has nothing on it , both sides have the same pipe coming off them bud they connect to the breathers that are just below your throttle bodies but they are handed just by their shape . hth
