  1. I think this is one of the nicest i,ve seen But in my own car i would like to do it like Appache had his , very clean and smart ( apart from the steering wheel ):thumbup1:
  2. I,m sure i read once the relay for the interior lights is behind the inner O/S quarter trim ,( next to the side of the seat base) and that,s where people have connected them , someone will hopefully give a deffinate answer . HTH
  3. I really wished i could do fibreglass moulding cos i,d really like to design my own one day , when i,ve got the time :hammer::hammer:
  4. I bought ZXTT front bumper , i knew it needed a few repairs so i,ve been doing that at work , in my own time of course :whistling:, got the first lot of primer on it and brought it home to sort out the fitment , as with all fibreglass bumper it would need a bit of fettling . It fitted quite well on the O/S but the N/S needed a bit of attention . I sanded any material back that was stopping it sitting neatly , But the gap still wasn,t how i wanted it so i used a trick i,ve used in the past , prep the edge of the bumper to accept filler , mask the wing with packing tape now bolt the bumper in place , now you can fill right over onto the wing the get the level right, when the filler just starts going off run a sharp knife down the joint line , when it,s gone off sand it down till it,s nearly there , unbolt the bumper remove tape bolt it back up and finish sanding till your happy with the shape and gap.
  5. PMSL , i bet it wouldn,t be the first time Mikey :whistling::whistling:

  13. Ya mean ya stripped my mota for nowt !!! lol
  14. Check the yellow temperature sender on the top alloy water pipe , mine was very green and corroded and i was getting stalling problems when braking , being so corroded i think it was telling the ECU the wrong temp reading , i.e it was saying it was still cold even though the car was nearly up to temperature and was slightly overfueling , i cleaned the terminals and connectors and it cured it . Hope it,s something as simple as that .

  22. Ayup Graham , i remember you mentioning this at JAE but to be honest i havn,t noticed a difference on this one but to be fair even if it was slightly different it would be lost under all the filler it takes to blend it in ! lol :whistling::whistling:
  23.
