If you crave real bad then take a slice of lemon and suck it Very very quickly your brain stops craving and the Lemon completely gets rid of the urge. It quickly associates nicotine and smoking with bitter lemon. You will quit doing this no problem at all... try it. If you still want a cig for any reason go a quarter lemon, then a quarter lime making sure you suck on them like a cig. Honestly a few days of this and you will be home and dry...

Agreed, not being funny how many people try and make this kid out to be some kind of saint or something. I dont think there are that many good people who go around with loaded pistols and start waving them at the Police by mistake. Cool cant wait I cant go in being a vampire and a zombie, these extra 6-7 hours a night can be useful to do stuff but quite often it is lonely and boring.

Cool Im a bit over weight but not massivly, I work out every day and have lost a stone and a half recently but could do with loosing some more. Just worried about not sleeping when I am there!!

I have some real issues sleeping, sometimes I go two or three days without even a nap and other times I manage to get off about 6 then get up for work at about 8am. Sometimes I jolt a lot, cant breath etc etc.. Anyhows went to see my GP today and he has reffered me to a sleep clinic. Thinks I might suffer with Imsomnia (no shit lol) but also might have sleep Apnia. Has anyone been into Hospital for one of these studies? also did you manage to get to sleep when you were there?

If you just wanna loose weight by excersizing and doing weights when is the best time to eat before or after a workout? I am not really bothered about the muscles, I do 20 Mins hard cardio then weights for about 40 mins. Im just after loosing some weight on my belly, the rest of me is fine!

Keep the one that is most presentable if you will be seeing clients in it, I started my company on the Back of Being made redundant and have never looked back. One of my mates was telling me (as he was helping me move 1000s of bricks in my garden) that it is all unfair as he got refused for disibility living allowance and he has a bad shoulder PMSL. He then went on to say that its OK as he was going to move in with some old bird he met who has been accepted for it so he can then claim Carers allowance FFS. these are the kind of lifestyle choices that a lot of these people make. 90% of my friends have opted for early retirement on the state for one reason or other. If you wanna work and are trying then fine I dont have a problem with that, but most dont IMO judging by people that I know.

3400 bums get £1800 per week to live in London, how is that right on ANY level? That is just for rent... seriously what motivation have you got to get a job when you live in a 650K house. So 1800 X 52 = £93,600 per year, but get this just to pay the rent as this is Net of tax you would need to earn about £150K a year just to live there and pay your rent. So you would need to have a seriously good job like Dr, Prime Minister, Stockbroker, or hold on dolite??? Agree with Big C 100%, when I evicted some non paying scum from one of my houses (after they had been recieving benefit and not paying me). I watched the Baliffs take out big flat screens (3 of them), Xboxs, piles of games, DVDs, Clothes still with labels on expensive shoes etc. I expect they had a good shopping spree on my rent while I continued paying the mortgage. Funny thing is mysteriously after being on the sick for 12 months while he lived there, He suddenly got another job and then got an other private place (no doubt to do it again). I did the guy such a terrible refrence that i hope he never got the place lol. But hey he has a job now at least!!

Yeah I have an ongoins SAGA with Sky they have been billing me for 3 boxes when I only have ever had two installing... dates right back to 2009... they owe me a good few quid as I have been paying about £150 per month since then. Every time I contact them they tell me it is sorted and it never is.

In the UK crime has no consequences and being Lazy gets you a house and puts food on the table. Cut their hands off IMO It works well elsewhere so maybe we need to be more radical here.
