Thanks guys but it's all been sorted now, overdrive wasn't working for some reason, even though it indicated O/D off, but as I said it's fixed itself, can now go at silly speeds again (although I haven't pushed it yet, 182's quite fast enough for me and don't really want to go there again :eek: ) the Zed's love to keep you guessing don't they? :headvswal lol

hmmm. Mixed opinions on this one. I don't agree with people accusing people who watch it of being "spunk stains with no life". As a Sociological experiment it's un-rivalled. The data they are getting form these programs will be analysed for years and years. I myself studied Sociology and Psychology at College and I find it fascinating for this reason alone. I do however agree that people who get genuinely upset when someone is evicted, or talks about it at work in the tone of an excited schoolkid when Mikosi grabbed Anthony's dick, or get's involved in the petty ground level emotional side of it is a little devoid of stimulus in their own life. But yes, if there is nothing else on, and nothing else to do I will watch it, I especially enjoy it when the analysts are on the show, as I can compare my own opinions with theirs. So I see it on a much deeper level than "reality TV". Without sounding too much Derek of course ;) lol "spunk stains with no life" ^^^ :rofl:

They did some other tinkering FOC for him, and now he's whupping me left, right and centre... bastid! lol He also did a free Conzult check for me and gave me a good quote to do the bearings and Stage 2 turbos, I only wish I could afford it right now, but I'm saving the pennies :) Darren is the paintwork guy, Martin is the guy to talk to for anything mechanically related. He said they were having a feature done on them, I'll have to check it out :duffer: They've got a very nice GTO down there which screams at you if you look in the window, shit my pants first time it went off, and a 300 is being prepped right now with the maddest body moulding you've seen, can't wait to see it finished :bow: and also a white 300 with an absolutely gorgeous fibreglass install in... so much stuff to buy, so little money :(

I saw loads of people going over 100 and not one of them was wearing a helmet ;) It's not strictly enforced, and most Zeds were getting over or near 100. Chris, you don't really need 4th and 5th for the strip mate... :eek: I wish it wasn't Fathers day otherwise I'd definately be there :(

Oh and for the record as I've previously stated the bodywork they've done for me was superb and I recommended them for that, and I said (and I quote) that it only takes one negative report to put doubt in your mind. Apparantly someone's been telling Martin that I've been slagging off Samurai... far from it! I was the one saying it looks like they are making an effort to make a good rep for themselves! As I have said, again, they did a brilliant job on my friends Cambelt and tinkered with it free of charge and it's now running superb. Which Zed have you got Mr Rush, any pics? Welcome to the club! I'm in Braintree too so must have seen you around mate :) So far I know of a few, two Silver ones and a red one, and I saw a black one with decals all over it recently too.

I've got a Citroen Xantia 1.9 TD as a second car, and that thing gets to Wales and back on less than a tank, so I'm quite happy with it. If I tried that in the Zed, I'd have to take out a second mortgage lol Seriously though, I haven't found fuel economy to be too low on the Zed for motorway driving, it's only tonking around the back roads that eats it up for me :confused:

I would have been pissing myself if I was one of his mates watching him, but also quite worried in case he had a mental breakdown and there was a gun nearby... he went for it didn't he! :bow:

Just stick a 15" sub in there and whack it up, works for me :D I'm a basshead so SQL isn't as important as SPL for me. Good advice there though, good cables and a good quality amp are a must. :smw:
