  1. Andrew you never cease to amaze me with your library of 300ZX pictures etc.
  2. Thought I would just post this as we seem to have lots of prospective new owners on here looking for TT's, so might be of interest to someone? http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/nissan/300zx/300zx-tt-auto-swb/3946288 Shame about the stickers though.
  3. Happy birthday Funky!
  4. Are the headlight rubbers from MJP or the US?
  5. I like the weird circumference on the front wheel arch
  6. Primered the 99 spec inserts along with my Twinz roof spoiler. Unfortunately the primer hasn't taken to the roof spoiler so wil be rubbing it down and tying again with an acrylic primer.
  7. Pretty sure Consult is still available from Z1 or CZP
  8. Wow they look fantastic
  9. If MJP hasn't got any they will be available from CZP or Z1
  10. Had good news from Jim today, she's alive!
  11. Once the gauges are installed, you connect your laptop with the AEM software on it to the gauges and set your own parameters base on how the car is running. You can set the tolerance as close to the engines AFR as you like. If you look at the first link in my first post I think it shows how his is set. Basically the failsafe doesn't kill the engine/ECU you can set it to interrupt the boost control, thus having no boost just low power so your PAS and everything else will still be work.
  12. Tom, I have bought mine, although not in the car yet (as Jimmis still finishing her off). After looking at was is available its the best solution IMO for OEM/Nistune mapped cars. Next step up would be something like Haltech Platinum Pro Plug in Solutions and wire in additional failsafe features to fully protect your engine build.
  13. Where is "STUARTHEFISH"? :shifty:
  14. I think I have seen the name on a FB page either NISMO or 300ZX Marketplace
  15. RIP Mandy, thoughts go out to family and friends.
  16. Happy Birthday Joel

  18. Very nearly bought a 928 S4 before getting the Zed, test drove several and in my mind they are a great example of a GT car. The only reason I didn't buy one was that spare parts are pretty expensive. I do remember reading a review on an owners club site saying something like "if your going to own a 928, buy a second one to keep as a donor for the parts your going to need". (lol if only I hadn't spent so much on the Zed and the upgrades.... never mind ) Still really like them, the side and rear profile is fantastic. I think the car was Quentin Wilson's "The Classic Car" show the other week, with that tall geeky guy reviewing them.
  19. Many Happy returns Andrew
  20. Its a pig of job to do. Apparently it easier on non standard downpipes. I attempted mine sometime ago, and was defeated by 1 bolt, (cant remember which side now). Good luck on the job front.
  21. Well done Si, a good condition front set up would go for more than that.
  22. Plenty of people looking on here recently for good TT's. GLWS
  23. These arrived in the post, just need a car to fit them now, lol.
