  14. Nearly done.... I made the first set out of the PCB fibreglass material the Fog and reverse LED's are made of but it was hard to form the boards to the shape of the lights and the LED's where pressed against the red/orange lens making it difficult to reassemble the unit. So I’ve been working on plan ‘B’… Plan ‘B’ involved a rethink on materials. This time ive used a mirror finish Perspex (pre-formed to the shape of the light units of easier fitting) for the backing and a copper clad Mylar material (similar to the material used on the back of the instrument panel), and etched the same way as the fog/reverse LED’s units for the circuit tracks. Also because of the amount of resistors I have used SMD resistors, which makes it look almost professional!!! Lol. I’m still experimenting using red and orange Perspex to see what is best but so far so good. Still waiting on the adaptor hardware for plug’n’play connectivity to arrive should be here next week. I will stick up some pictures as soon as Im happy with it.
