oh no here we go ...........:( best thing to do is buy a chip off any of the guys on here to be sure you don't end up with a crappy chip and blow ur engine, a lot are copied from the popular JWT chips which have extra safety margins as not tu run too lean.

will be deffo the chip is fried if aux fan comes on( excuse the pun lol) best thing is to get a 555 chip off one of the guys on this forum and plug it in making sure you earth ursen when handling the chip etc, i'll have a look if i still have any 555 chips lying around from wen I had chip burner, if i find one u can have it rich

if aux fan is coming on early when you look up in aempro you can see what degrees its been set to and you can adjust that easy, anothe point if the electric fan you have fitted is it spinning the right way round /?

easy to tell if its chipped it will be a socketed eprom :)

i know this may sound a bit like teaching u to suck eggs but when you fitted the injectors did you pressure test them up with fuel pipes before fitting in lower plenum just to make sure there was no leaks, as this has caught me out in the past and only takes a few extra minutes to do at time of fitting, cos if you have a dodgy injector or a seal not seeling correctly for what ever reason it will leak straight into the lower plenum giving u a rich afr rich

might know somebody who would want the engine as long as its a good un lol

the shaft of the prop is also smaller diameter :)

dextron 2 was recommended by my local gearbox specialist when i asked them about my gearbox wen i rebuilt it, as the mt90 is to thick, the company said what do the yanks know about manual gearboxes they only know about tractors lol

been on that site but I couldn't find how to download the european maps to the sd card, it just ask you to connect the tom tom to ur pc then install, unless thats the only way to do it i'll have to collect his tom tom and try it that way

best thing to invest in to me ,,,would be a AFR gauge with wideband sensor then you know exactly what the fuel ratio is all the time and if there is any chance of running too lean you will know and maybe save from melt down

usually u can get away without using the water supply on aftermarket turbo conversions normally low boost 6-7 psi but not in a zed lol
