IMHO it's fookin' disgraceful not to back date it. If a statutory pay rise (that covers inflation) is part of your Employment T&C's then it should be honoured. Not back dating it merely devalues the original pay rise. :nono: Having been in the military for 20 years I know what it's like to receive "staged" pay rises that don't fully kick in until several months after the pay award. :rant: You have my full sympathy...................
