  1. Hi, My Z32 2+2 fits in my standard sized garage with room to spare either end....Whereas my previous Z31 was a tighter fit with it's longer bonnet. Autocar listed the UK spec 2+2 Turbo model as being 178.1 inches long or 4525mm Cheerz, Jez
  2. Hi, As usual with most ebay ads it's what he doesn't say about the car, rather than what he does! Looks like he hooks people in with a low price and then tries to haggle when they turn up! On a reg check that car comes up as a Micra L Shape!?
  3. Hi, They do look good,a nice modern upgrade, but I see what you mean about removing the wing indicators. I see a previous set sold for $100, so not a bad price either! You could always fold them in at speed to reduce drag, on a Jap spec car .;)
  4. Hi, Has anyone tried these led indicator mirror covers?.... 90-96-Nissan-300ZX-Z32-turbo-LED-mirror-signal-Lights
  5. Hi, NA figures were originally 230bhp and 201 ft lbs torque for the Jap spec model. TT models vary from 263bhp and 269 ft lbs torque, to 300bhp and 286 ft lbs torque, depending on whether Euro, JDM or US, Man/Auto spec! It's the greater torque figure which gives you the faster acceleration in the turbo model. Cheerz, Jez
  6. Hi, Don't forget that the clocks will have changed at 2am on Sunday 28th, as it's the end of BST. It means you have to put your clock back one hour, so at least you get an extra hour in bed! I will hopefully make this meeting, but as it's the end of school half term, it depends what we're doing. Cheerz, Jez
  7. Hi, The Supra didn't appear in the UK for another couple of years after the 300ZX, as Toyota went back to the drawing board when they saw how good the Z32 was! In the September 1993 Road Test in Autocar Magazine, the UK specification Supra TT cost £37,500 compared to £38,329 for the Mitsu GTO and £33,200 for the 300ZX....A Porsche 968 was £36,722 back then. The 300ZX was cheaper than at the UK launch in 1990, because the UK concession had changed ownership, resulting in lower UK list prices.
  8. Hi, Well you will know as soon as the sun comes out or it rains!....I've got a heat reflective screen on my Citroen and the difference between that and the normal type windscreen is quite noticeable! Cheerz, Jez.
  9. Hi, Didn't the 1999 cars have different screens in that they had heat reflective, rain repellent glass?
  10. The 1990 Autocar road test...... Autocar 1990 300ZX Road Test
  11. Here she is in a sexy pose....Nice enough woman...Just didn't have a clue about cars!:D
  12. Hi, You could always fill it with oil and point the spray at tailgating cars on the Motorway!:D
  13. Hi, The book quotes both boxes as 0.75... just the final drive ratios as being different.(4.083:1 NA / 3.69:1 TT Europe) Cheerz, Jez.
  14. A couple of the more annoying presenters were Steve Berry and the clueless Kate Humble!
  15. Don't forget Noel Edmonds:eek:
  16. Hi, You're thinking of Vroom Vroom!....Far worse than Driven! BTW on 5th Gear tonight, Tiff and Jason Plato are going head to head in a 350Z Roadster and BMW Z4.
  17. Hi, He's just playing a character for the programme...very good actor! He was replaced at one time by fat lad Jason Dawe, from The Used Car Roadshow, but it didn't work and so they brought James May back again! Cheerz, Jez
  18. Irmscher Signum...
  19. Hi, Nice looking car!...Good choice too, an NA Manual, the connoisseurs choice!:D I would lose the emergency flare though, as you don't want to torch your passenger's ankles. I let my flare off in the back garden....Made a nice firework display! Cheerz, Jez.
  20. Hi, Don't know why I typed estate, as I meant saloon!...Meant to say it had an estate style body...I like it's quirky design! A fridge for the back seat makes sense!;) Cheerz, Jez.
  21. Hi, Quite like the Vauxhall Signum, which is based on the Vectra estate, but was wondering about the fuel economy from the diesel engine....What sort of mpg do you get from the diesel Vectra?
  22. Hi, The trouble with BMW's and even Mercs and Audis now, is their image! Plus they're all so common on the roads that they just blend into the motoring morass. I would prefer a Volvo or Saab as an executive family car.Do love the ott looks of the Chrysler 300C too...especially with the Bentley style grill! Cheerz, Jez.
  23. Hi, Just had a look at ebay France and the prices do seem alot higher than here!..... ebay france 300zx's
  24. Hi, Looks a nice example...Particularly like the light coloured interior! It all depends on whether that is the going price where you live. You would never get that much for a stock Z32 in the UK! Cheerz, Jez
  25. Hi, If you're moving abroad, have you tried one of those property buying companies, who will give you an instant cash offer?...You can get a quote online. Don't know how much under the market value they give you though, or what fees are charged! Cheerz, Jez
