Hi, Web car forums can be useful if you've bought a relatively unusual model of car, but it wouldn't have much relevance as to whether I would buy a particular car or not. I was a long term member of Z31.com and was a member on this forum back in 2000, when it was still in it's infancy and I had my previous Z32. You can't beat meeting other owners in the flesh though and that's why I've been a Z Club member since '94. Whilst some of the advice obtained on car forums can be invaluable, there's also a lot of mis-information and bad advice which gets passed on to new owners too! Cheerz, Jez.

Hi, The first Z32's were built in 1988 alongside the Z31 model...For early 1989 delivery! The 2 seater NA debuted in the US in April 1989 and the 2+2 in June '89, the Turbo 2 seater in September '89. In Japan, 6 models were available from July 1989, 2 seater NA/TT coupe or T-Top and 2+2 TT and NA T-top. In the UK the 2+2 TT arrived In April 1990. Jez.

Hi, Followed an S3 back from Peterborough on Saturday.I don't know if it was the 200bhp or 225bhp version, but it did have some mid range punch! I was behind him all the way to the A14 and every time he overtook some traffic, I followed suit....Mine's a 300zx NA too btw.

Hi, I went to the JAE at Peterborough today and although I drove through rain most of the way there and it was drizzling when I got there at about 12pm, the sun came out this afternoon and it's been ok! The ground on our site is well drained and pretty solid...all the access roads are tarmac or concrete, so there's no problem. Only about 15 zeds turned up in total from both clubs!....I was intending to camp tonight but due to the low number of people I decided to come home and will probably go back tomorrow. Most of the rest of the site is quite full! I think I've burnt my face from sitting in the sun! :o

Hi, It's always nice to get a compliment about your car, but otherwise I couldn't care if they like it or not! I've owned various ZXs (280,z31,z32) over the years because I like their looks and how they drive and it's also a bonus to have something different to the rest of the herd! Jez.

Hi, I find that when I park my 300ZX in the public car park at work, it's men in their 50's/60's who give it a good look over!
