Yeah, I mean, I would love my entire car to have LEDs all round, they will modernise the look of the car, the Tail Lights need to be done right though.. I have been in contact with one bloke about doing some, he is not on this forum. I will have a word with Si.. and I am surprised Groover hasn't attempted anything like this, as he is a Dab hand with the leds... I'm just more surprised that nobody in the uk has done them yet ... I even seen a little Saxo with led tail lights that looked cool the other day and I thought to myself, I need some LEDs on the Z....

I have been looking at these for a while, and wondering if anyone in the U.K has ever bothered to make any? when I say 'Any' I mean DECENT attempts, nothing with a strip light stuck inside the tail light housing lol.. The only thing that puts me off rushing out and buying some is A) the cost and B) I might be being picky, but I wish the leds went round the edges of the light cluster a bit better rather than having a flat lit edge... if that makes sense.. Has anyone ever made any on the forum?.. or know of anywhere locally, where I could enquire about some? Any help appreciated CheerZ

The car hasn't been started in over 6 months, I don't intend on starting it for another 3-4 months yet.. but I would like to know are there any precautions or things I should do before I do decide to move it out of the garage... I assume the oil now is all in the sump and the engine would be completely drip dry.. what is the best thing to do before I do decide to start it?.. Oil change?.. Any advice appreciated! Andre

Honda engines have a certain rasp to them, I have had a few.. But with the right exhaust system you can make that sound go away, I had a mugen full system on my Crx SiR & ITR and they sounded both amazing, one of which sounded like a scooby on tick over.. anyways... The Civic Type R craig is looking at "The EP3" version, has the K20A engine in, which is bulletproof , 2.0litre Vtec N/A 200bhp. - No other N/A can match that power. But one which always gets over looked as they aren't so common, is the Integra DC5, same engine as the Ep3, but produces 20bhp more, so effectively 220bhp. There is loads of tuning potential with any honda, infact, honda has 2 companies dedicated to them purely for tuning, Spoon & Mugen. You should check out the Dc5's craig. Hondas have low torque, but when they are in vtec range the torque does pick up and they come into there own, plus the vtec note is great :) They are really quick cars, check out the 0-60 times and the times on the top gear test track and just to finish off, the integrs type R was rated as the best FWD car ever. (Dc2). Also, if you wanted, you can use an apexi controller and alter the vtec kick in point to either lower or higher rpms. They all come standard with, Recaro interior, Brembo brakes, Full magnex exhausts, momo steering wheels, red carpets, and a few other branded goodies!.. If CTR is a must, get the Premier Edition - if you like the ITR DC5 - make sure you get the C-Pack

I have Fujitsubo Giken Kogyo Exhausts... That is a quality exhaust :) I must say, not the loudest, although, a quality exhaust shouldn't be loud - my opinion of course. :)

All depends, too many variables to give an exact amount of BHP/Torque to expect.. I would say in the regions of 10-15bhp though as that's what everyone says... But it all depends on what you want, with regards to looks, sound, performance e.t.c Also your budget... I would also say, it depends on whether you want a X pipe or an H pipe, or a Single exit.. To be honest, you need to look around, see whats available & don't let anyone tell you what the "best" exhaust is, even when it comes to price..because some people have different reasons for buying what they have :)

Anyone else going to be watching the David Haye vs Nikolai Valuev fight?.. It's on November 7th Sky Sports.. This Valuev bloke is 7 foot and 22 stone, his record is 52 fights, 50 wins and 1no contest and a loss which was on points lol.. From what I have seen, Valuev has no real ability other than the fact he is a monster and throws some hefty haymakers. David Haye I fear, is going to get pummelled lol.. To top it off, Valuev is 8 inches taller and has a 7 inch reach advantage over Haye aswell + twice as many fights in terms of experience lol.. Sorry I meant the perspex strip one, cheers though gary! So, am I right in thinking that a black perspex strip comes with no brake light, like yours?.. and if I buy one with the brake light in it, it is that deep burgundy colour?

Okay that's good to know :) .. now I bet the fan control ecu is in a stupid location and/or difficult to remove/change... Do I need a series 2 fan control ecu?

My car is a series 1, I have read a little info with regards to changes from the model years, and I have been wondering if Series 2 dash pods would be compatible with series 1 wiring e.t.c The reason I ask is due to the airflow direction option and apparently the settings stay stored when you turn the engine off/on, unlike the series 1. Can anyone tell me any info on this please. OR if it is possible to make a series 1 store which settings you had the heater/fan settings on. Thanks! :)

In my humble opinion, I would say 99 spec are by far the nicest, the originals just look dated now. I personally am trying to keep my car looking fresh and not dated, the 99spec is the best thing in keeping with the cars original looks (because they are original OEM parts) and they do modernise the look of the car. If you're after LED's badly, then spend the money at somewhere like clearcorners, don't go for the 'Caravan' Esque tack-tastic lighting. My 2p worth. :)

Love them all, but Z32 is the best :)
