Weed killer....
Roundup is the weedkiller the professionals use. Utilising the same advanced technology developed by its agricultural counterpart, Roundup has been specially formulated to kill weeds right down to the root. So, with Roundup, gardeners know that, once the weed’s gone, it’s gone for good.

respray front wings
I've had a spoiler fitted and the boot painted and then the two doors done. So the two front wings seem a little faded ,so I thought time to have them done as and when I can afford it.

Zed parts prices
I have been in business for many, many years now and totally confer with Jeff, times are hard and about to get harder, if the price is not right the business / hobby will fail very quickly. It is all about supply and demand and offering a good service with decent back up is paramount to a successful business.

N/A prop shaft bearing housing.
I have a tt bearing housing which measures 50mm from the fixing point on the chassis to the centre of the prop shaft. I understand that a non tt is different. Can someone measure me this distance on a non tt bearing housing please ?.

Propshaft centre bearing housing
Originally Posted by JeffTT To answer the question about differences then there is in fact two types one for twin turbo and one for non turbo, there is either a 0 or a 5 on the bottom of the bracket to indicate which one its for. Very common some years ago for the wrong ones to get fitted by unknowing garages or owners and then be disapointed that the vibration was still there, or at best came back quite soon. The two brackets have a different heights to suit the different propshaft positions if the wrong one is fitted it is potentially not in the correct line. To add confusion to this, later zeds used had a different location level on the body which changed the height and so Nissan reduced the size of the spacers between the body and the bracket, late model zeds could then use the twin turbo unit without any spacers just washers.....one piece propshaft much easier. Does anyone have one of each of the housings and can measure the difference in height between the two as I suspect a non turbo housing has been fitted to my tt.

Check the inside of the rim, mine had a flat about 4" long caused by a pot hole and gave the same symptoms.

handbrake issues
Take off the rear drums and clean them out , clean the linings with sandpaper and adjust up with the drums back on. I found that they should be really tight and then slackenend off one notch. cured mine!

Aluminium Prop
When you get the propshaft off check the Hardy spicer joints, mine was badly worn on one joint and caused vibration at 40mph plus. the centre bearing was fine when examined. I have had the joint rebuilt £95.00 plus vat.
