Paul, cheers for inviting us, and sorry for the late reply, i was waiting to see what the result of the poll was for a date for Julys meet. The masses (of 4) have spoken and its going to fall on the 20th, so personally i cannot afford to do both and afford to fix the zed. You might want to get your facts straight Dave. I took over in march when we had the first Phoenix meet (and every subsequent month) and Reading, April had Jap performance meet, May was Japfest and Z008 where everyone who posted said they didnt want an additional local meet, and June we had our first "off area meet" OF THE YEAR at the RR day which turned out to be an excellent event, and Julys meet has been in the making for nearly 4 weeks and is LOCAL to every one. Nothing is stopping you from arranging your own LOCAL meets dave.

SC Crew. Following the poll, this month North 2 South Lunch run will be held on the 20th The route starts just off Jnc11 of the M4. Turn off onto the A33 towards Basingstoke and there is a BP garage where there used to be a Little Chef with a reasonable sized car park. For those who live near the top of the ground i will be there at 11:00am From there Cross Country to Jnc5 of the M3 where there is a big layby in the turning signed for Odiham (same place we used for the Jap performance sunday meet) Ill be there for about 11:30 We then go through Odiham to Alton (lovely fast twisty road) and use this as the second check point for people to join in From Alton we'll go down the A31 to Winchester (3rd check point) about 12:15 From Winchester down the A272 across Petersfield. This is an AWESOME road, one of the best in Hampshire. The final leg is from Petersfield down the A3M to Hailing Island where there is a few nice places to have a nice bit of Lunch and chill on the beach in whats looks like Glorious weather. We should get there around the 2pm sort of time. Thats interesting to know. Was going to give the Z1 clutch/flywheel combo a whirl, but i may well reconsider now.

position of rear speakers is crap as previously said, no steering wheel adjustment Im lucky enough to have a series 4, so all the early niggles were sorted :D

If you want to be pushing that much hp (which im going to guess is going to cost you copious amounts of money) why would you want to put ebay shite on your car??? you want to go with tried and tested technology instead of ebay cack. Look at Greddy SMIC's or the Z1 SMIC's look like a very good option IMHO of course :D Nick

If not, im going to changing mine over in the couple of weeks or so, and i can create a "how to" guide if anyone thinks its a good idea. Yep, agree with stu, heater matrix pipes. Be careful mate, because when they split it doesnt take long for them to completely rupture, it cost me a head gasket once!

all well and good, but you get to a 1 degree corner AND YOU WILL DIE. Ive driven one, and its the worst experience ive ever had! FFS, it nearly killed the stig [YOUTUBE] [/YOUTUBE]. The smart coupe on the other hand is a FABULOUS car. I would seriously consider that.

First things first, welcome to the club Im sorry mate, but did you try before you buy???? Check the plugs and see what condition they are in, clean the contacts on the MAF (black box after the air filter) water temp sensors (yellow and black sensors on front water pipe at front of the engine) CAS (round metal object sticking out of r/h cam cover) and TPS (throttle position sensor, black squared sensor on rh throttle body) This should keep you occupied for an hour or so, and if it still aint right im sure someone else maybe able to narrow it down some more HTH Nick

Lee7S is running some sort of spark amplifying system, HKS system i think. He ordered it from Japan so he's propably the best person to speak to Cant really help you with the oil catch tank, dont know much about them.
